I'm just curious - how do you know he was lying?

Because he later let slip (I won't say "admitted" since he wouldn't do
any such thing) that he was never posted to a combat theatre. He was
in the military during Desert Storm, but never saw combat except on
CNN.

He asked you "how do you know he was lying"?

You don't, and do you know why?

Because not one of you served with me in the military, nor did any of
you fly with me, nor did any one of you see the things I saw coming off
of C-5's.
No, I didn't lie. And it drives you absolutely nuts that not one of
you can prove your claims..:o)

Oh, I see. Well, we know you're lying, because you told TWO MUTUALLY
EXCLUSIVE STORIES.

One: "I served in combat during Desert Storm."
http://groups.google.com/group/talk.abortion/msg/38f5de5691243868?dmode=source&hl=en

Two: "no I was not in actual 'combat';however, I did serve during
Desert Storm, I did fly as a crew chief."
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.atheism/msg/db12fe6b6ec66a35?dmode=source&hl=en

One of those is necessarily a lie,

Make of it what you wish, I didn't lie.

When you said you had served in combat in DS when you knew very well
that no such thing had happened, that was a lie, Mary Anne. Trying to
make excuses just makes you look even more of an idiot.

I admitted to making a mistake in my statement and that's the end of
it.

A 'mistake'. Hah! My, you really are desperate.

Yea, like the "typo" excuses you don't say anything about.
Now, I explained it, and that's all I am going to say about it.

I realize you need to hold on to this for obvious reasons, you have
nothing else to do.

Well, it's not like there's any chance of a factual discussion with
you, Mary Anne. You aren't equipped for that.

I am not Mary Anne, and if you want to talk to me, you will address me
by my proper name.
Until then, don't cry if you get no responses like you did last time.

I admitted to making a mistake in my statement and that's the end of
it.

<snip>
Puh-lease, until you can address your comrades about their lies..this
goes for Adam too, don't even expect me to pay your whining any
attention.
We can start with the lies told by Barnes and Keegan first. The claim
I was supposed to have been rejected from the police. Then we can go
from there. Until you guys are prepared to address PURPOSELY TOLD LIES,
don't even expect me to talk to you about anything I may have said.

One of those is necessarily a lie,

Make of it what you wish, I didn't lie. I used a bad choice of words

You fucking *****. You lied, and NOW you want to blame it on your
patent illiteracy?

Make of it what you wish, I didn't lie. I used a bad choice of words
and I openly admitted to that.

In other words, you lied and your bad choice was in getting caught.

See that's a big difference between you and I.

He has morals. You don't.

As I said - either it was a lie (easy to believe, given your history)
or it was the most monumentally stupid piece of writing you could have
done (also easy to believe).
Which was it? A lie or simple, incredible stupidity? Because, let's
face it, to mistakenly say that you were IN COMBAT when you were NOT
is incredibly stupid.
So, there you have it. You're a liar or a moron. Take your pick.

I served in the 463 OMS
I served as a crew chief
I was on mobility, which is activated occasionally, especially during
war time.
I left as a Staff Sgt.
I supervised more than 100 different people
When we used to have APR's I had firewall nines
With the EPR I had fives
I have several awards and decorations, inluding Crew of the month five
times, Crew of the Quarter twice, Crew of the Year twice, Airman of the
month six times and DCC Airman of the Quarter one time.
I served with OMS both as crew chief and specialist with Aircraft
Maintenance Equipment. I also served with EMS as a NCOIC. I also served
as a Dorm Manager for a brief period until I had recieved my seven
level, at which time I was placed back on the line for more training.
I served on many special missions, including airdrop missions, U.S.S.
Iowa, Gander Air Crash, Libya, Panama, Honduras, Desert Storm.
