pregnancy. We challenge these finding by inviting journalists and the =
researchers to watch the world renowned film The Silent Scream online =
which shows a 12-week-old baby in the womb screaming while being torn to =

I'm just curious - how do you know he was lying?

Because he later let slip (I won't say "admitted" since he
wouldn't do
any such thing) that he was never posted to a combat theatre.

He

was
in the military during Desert Storm, but never saw combat

except

on
CNN.

He asked you "how do you know he was lying"?

Because in your ***** way, you admitted to it..."by wording it"
improperly.

Unlike you, I can admit to an error...

...and then follow it up with a lame excuse, like "bad wording."
The
fact is...is that you lied about what you did in the military.

I served in the 463 OMS
I served as a crew chief
I was on mobility, which is activated occasionally, especially during
war time.
I left as a Staff Sgt.

"Left" He means he was told he was un-needed. And an E5 after that
amount of time is hardly impressive.

I supervised more than 100 different people

*****

When we used to have APR's I had firewall nines

As did nearly everyone. APR's were a joke.

With the EPR I had fives

Another Joke.

I have several awards and decorations, inluding Crew of the month five
times, Crew of the Quarter twice, Crew of the Year twice, Airman of
the
month six times and DCC Airman of the Quarter one time.

Ooooooh. Airman of the month? Note he didn't mention the good conduct
medal.

If you had read my DD214, it was on there. Obviously you didn't read
it, as well as the two Achievement Medals and two Accommodation medals,
and a list of others.

The one you admit modifying.

That is because he was disciplined.

I have a challenge for you.

I want to have a mock court set up in this newsgroup and your claims
brought forth. I want to challenge you to prove each claim with actual
evidence. Evidence that can be verified by anyone in the newsgroup.

Do you accept?

Who is the judge and jury, Mary?

I served with OMS both as crew chief and specialist with Aircraft
Maintenance Equipment. I also served with EMS as a NCOIC. I also
served
as a Dorm Manager for a brief period until I had recieved my seven
level, at which time I was placed back on the line for more training.
I served on many special missions, including airdrop missions, U.S.S.
Iowa, Gander Air Crash, Libya, Panama, Honduras, Desert Storm.
I was a MEGP
I served during Desert Storm where I was activated, because I was on
mobility. I flew on many support missions as a MEGP.

Now, where is the lie?

You were drummed out...

Read my challenge above

You have proven many times in the past you "split hairs." There are no
doubt many lies here. For example, "brief period" could mean twenty
minutes to you.

Go away, Mary.

My challenge...yes or no?

Sure - no problem. Lets start with your accusations that Patrick and I
are convicted felons. Yes or No?

We will deal with that afterwards, that's easy to beat.

No - we'll deal with it now... You don't make the rules. You
"challenged" me. Great. Start with your accusations that Patrick and
I are convicted felons. And that I have to stay away from children as
a condition of my parole. And how I had to wear a leg shackle. And
how I work at Home Depot as a stock boy. Offer verifiable proof.
You are the big talker. You "challenged" me for a Moot Court.

We will deal with that afterwards, that's easy to beat.

No you won't. You never deal with your own filth.

He has my statement recorded in the post. I am fully prepared to defend
myself on that.
a) I did say that David Barnes committed a crime and I did provide
court documents to support that.
The David Barnes that posts in this newsgroup claimed his real name is
not David Barnes.
I never said that the David Barnes I claimed committed the crimes, in
which I also provided court documents, was the same David Barnes that
posts in this newsgroup.
Both of those kill Barne's argument. I didn't claim "he" committed any
crime or is a convicted felon. I only said that a David Barnes is.
The same goes for Patrick L. Humphrey.
His argument would be killed in less than 3 post.
Now, we must get on to Barnes claims. I will ask you a question at the
end, which you will avoid to answer directly.
First the myths (lies) then the facts
Myth
Barnes claims I applied for a Law Enforcement position with a Sheriff's
department.
Fact: I have never applied for ANY law enforcement position other than
with the DOC, which I was accepted for without any problem.
Myth:
Barnes claimes I was forced out of the Air Force
Fact: I wasn't. I volunteered to leave during the downsizing. Fact is,
I was actually asked by my squadron commander to stay; however, due to
family hardship at that time I elected to leave in order to fullfill my
responsibility with my children. Not that it is any of your business.
Myth:
Barnes claims that my disability is based upon a hearing loss and it is
not a valid claim.
Fact: My disability is not based on hearing loss, it is based on lung
damage aquired to body recovery during the Gander Air Crash.
Myth: Barnes claims I was dishonorably discharged
Fact: I was honorably discharged
Myth: Barnes claimes I was disciplined in the Air Force
Fact: I was never disciplined
The list goes on; however, Barnes is making the claims so therefore the
burden of proof lies entirely upon him.
Now, my questions to you or anyone else.
1) Have you EVER seen Barnes support his claims about me?
2) Do you believe claimes without supporting evidence?
3) Do you believe Barnes claims?

Now, your claims.

Q.E.D.

So you admit to being afraid to challenge Barnes to back up his claims?
You admit to wanting to hide your head in the sand and not see that
Barnes is lying? You admit to aiding and supporting a liar, which is
Barnes?

doubt many lies here. For example, "brief period" could mean twenty
minutes to you.

Go away, Mary.

My challenge...yes or no?

Sure - no problem. Lets start with your accusations that Patrick and I
are convicted felons. Yes or No?

We will deal with that afterwards, that's easy to beat.

Liar. You said I had to wear a leg shackle. That as a condition of my
parole I have to stay away from children and stop using computers.
Come on *****. This may work in the guard world but this is "Moot
Court," remember?

Both of those kill Barne's argument. I didn't claim "he" committed any
crime or is a convicted felon. I only said that a David Barnes is.

Liar. You are pathetic.

I have a challenge for you.

I want to have a mock court set up in this newsgroup and your claims

Do you accept?

Who is the judge and jury, Mary?

I served with OMS both as crew chief and specialist with Aircraft
Maintenance Equipment. I also served with EMS as a NCOIC. I also

training.
I served on many special missions, including airdrop missions,
U.S.S.

It's up to 21 by now...and he still can't grow a spine and see for himself

Up to 29, but we'll hash that in e-mail.

Oh, guess what! Exciting news! My South African Brother-in-Law and
his wife, who are naturliazed Torntorians (and who are making the long
drive from Tornto), are coming to Boston, tomorrow! Woo-Hoo!

Torontans in Boston? What's the world coming to? ;-)

Unfortunately, none of my hockey-playing nephews will be coming in,
though one of my nephews received a hockey Scholarship to a University
in New York (details will be kept concealed in Usenet).

Just let the in-laws know that their Marlies will be visiting Houston in
January (after being visited by our guys the Saturday before American
Thanksgiving), and it'll work out. ;-)

Trying to "validate" yourself? Who really cares about your
"brother-in-law", who are you trying to impress? If you wish to talk
about your family, and I seriously doubt anyone in here cares about
your family...god forbid they be like you..send an e-mail to patrick.
You seriously have a problem using a newsgroup to talk about personal
issues with others..it's a sick attempt to gain attention.

Question, prison babysitter: is anyone forcing you to read anything she
posts?

I suggest you get around to learning how to fix your news agent so you can
ignore anyone you want to. As long as you've been around Usenet, there's no
excuse for your overlooking that knowledge.

No--I am speaking to my friend, not to a newsgroup adversary I am

You are trying to validate yourself, get the hint...no one really cares
about your little family in South Africa. Who are you trying to impress? Go
look for that friend you claimed is missing instead of trying to impress
people you don't know in a newsgroup. You get more pathetic by the day.
