Larry Eastland titled: The Empty Cradle Will Rock: "How

streets in some cities - where would these 18,336,576 extra people have
worked and lived? Would they all be jobless and living in homeless
shelters? The homeless shelters are bursting at the seams now and welfare

are on the brink of extinction?
