Alito is in the On Deck circle...Kerry introduces Swiss cheese filibuster |
My goodness...how dumb is Kerry! After Senator Feinstein had already
said no to a filibuster, and five Democrats had announced they would
vote FOR Alito, Kerry FINALLY decides he's for a filibuster.
Is this the guy who said he'd fight a more intelligent war?
PS. Alito is vote number four for overturning Roe v. Wade. Will he and
Roberts be able to persuade Kennedy to switch sides? And how long can
the 85-year-old Justice Stevens hold on?
