Each person who commits sin is responsible for their own sins. The
fortune-tellers are the ones who have to repent of fortune telling. No
one can do it for them.

So what are you saying, that you cannot understand what Paul was
telling the Corinthians?
As an apostle, Paul was over the branches of the church that he
started, including the ones in Corinth. The Corinthians were asking
Paul to come and contend against their enemies outside the church who
were persecuting them. Paul's answer to them was for them to have
faith in Jesus Christ, cleanse the inward vessel by judging those
inside the church who were transgressors, and let God deal with their
enemies outside the church.
Paul's mission was to spread the gospel. Once it was established in a
city, the people he ordained as leaders were responsible to lead the
church, not to try to call him back to solve all problems they
encountered.
