You have the wrong court. The slate of Florida Bush Electors, that were sent
to the Electoral College Election, were awarded to Bush as a result of the
remedy crafted by the Democrat majority of the Florida Supreme Court. The
case was Palm Beach County Canvassing Board v. Harris, linked below.
Under the Electoral Count Act of 1887, once a slate of electors have been
appointed, they can only be removed by Congress (3 U.S.C. section 15). The
Congressional Black Caucus filed a challenge under this code, but Al Gore
himself gaveled the attempt out of order because the challenge lacked a
signature from a US Senator. 50 Democrat Senators, and none would sign on.
To say that the US Supreme Court "appointed" Bush, has no basis in the law,
or the actual events that took place in the 2000 election dispute. The
Democrats on the Florida Supreme Court had already allowed Bush to gain the
"ultimate" slate of Florida electors. There was nothing that the courts
could do to change this fact.

June, 2005, I was heartened to see that voting booths are
being SCRAPPED altogether, and that ALL ballots hence-
forth must be MAILED in. And if *that* spreads nationwide,
that will put an END to "Black Box Voting!"

saw the piece on TV), or was a statewide action... but either

The only aid that they're getting is from compassionate private
