Even if you ignore the headers, the goal of the spam is to get you to go
to some website or something, right? Nailing the website will usually be
enough. With so many open/free sites to post news from, even if you did
manage to nail the spammer's news account, he'll just get another one 10
seconds later. After all, it's not like the spammer expects those
accounts to last very long, and is definitely not interested in anything
that's posted in response to his posts.
This is why responding to a usenet spam with a flame is just useless and
in some cases, counterproductive. See, I wouldn't have even known about
this spam if that guy had just kept his mouth shut.
