Bush Friends Make Money On Katrina |
Bush's friends making money on the "war" and at the expense of American
lives in Iraq isn't enough.
Now companies with ties to the Bush White House and the former head of
FEMA are clinching some of the administration's first disaster relief
and reconstruction contracts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

In the mean time, Al Gore does what Bush can't:
KNOXVILLE, Tennessee (AP) -- Al Gore helped airlift some 270 Katrina
evacuees on two private charters from New Orleans, acting at the urging
of a doctor who saved the life of the former vice president's son.

Bush is also working hard to screw over the people in New Orleans even
further by cutting their pay.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush issued an executive order
Thursday allowing federal contractors rebuilding in the aftermath of
Hurricane Katrina to pay below the prevailing wage.
