Charges expected in baby's death at abortion business |
Truly sad is the fact that these types of 'incidents' are probably occurring
at abortion mills across America on a daily basis. Until these businesses
are legally outlawed, they should be heavily regulated.

Deputy police chief confirms decision should be announced in weeks
A lead investigator into reports that a baby was born alive at a Hialeah,
Fla., abortion business, then killed, has told WND he believes charges will
be filed in the case, and that announcement could come as early as a
mid-November.
"My goal is to see that charges are filed," said Hialeah Deputy Chief Mark
Overton yesterday. "The evidence reflects that this was a homicide. We're
moving forward with that mindset. I believe our evidence has indicated (and)
I think we have probable cause to bring charges."
The investigation was launched in July after investigators, on a tip, went
to the "A Gynecologists Diagnostic Center" abortion business and discovered
the remains of a baby in a red biohazard bag.
A search warrant issued in support of that case noted that the tipster
provided the name of the little girl's mother, who had intended to have an
abortion, and police officers met with her.
"The complainant advised on Thursday, 20 July 2006, at approximately 9:30
a.m. she arrived at the clinic for a pre-scheduled abortion. At
approximately 2:30 p.m. the Complainant gave birth in the recovery room of
the clinic. The complainant observed the baby moving and gasping for air for
approximately five (5) minutes.
"The staff began screaming that the baby was alive; at which time. Ms.
Belkis Gonzales cut the umbilical cord, threw it into a red bag with black
printing. Ms. Gonzales then swept the baby, with her hands, into the same
red bag along with the gauze used during the procedure," the search warrant
said.
Overton told WND that the police department is awaiting confirmation of its
plans from the local state's attorney's office.
"They're waiting for all the medical examiner's reports officially to be
typed, and also an opinion from a neonatal specialist," he said. "We'll be
getting together and meeting. I hope that we'll be filing some type of
charges, unlawful killing charges."

REPLY: Yes it is very sad. Perhaps the Abortionist meant to do only a
partial birth abortion where the developing human being is pulled
partially out of the womb, surgical sizzors are stuck in the developing
human beings neck , then a suction device is implanted to suck out the
cranial matter/brains . Upon completion of this, the developing human
beings skull can be crushed using surgical forceps so its lifeless body
can be pulled out totally and conveniently disposed of in a sink with
the 'mother' sitting nearby.
All to hide the shame of a sexually illicit fling gone wrong (98% of all
abortions). Isnt sexual freedom grand ?! Americas very own Halocaust.

REPLY: This is a rather strange statement coming from an
atheist/humanist that believes mankind came from accidental Pond Scum
for no reason ; why have a concern for developing human beings in the
womb if they are ultimately nothing but a product of accidental
compilations upon compilations which 'popped ' onto the scene ? Based
on your philisophical bias, surely you cant be suggesting that a
developing human being some 1-2 million years later could have intrinsic
dignity , worth, meaning, and purpose ... for such outlawing of these
Businesses to take place ???

Al, Ms. Belkis Gonzales (if indeed she is guilty) must be a woman

Obiviously this type of behaviour is really easy when one is
not constrained by an old bothersome conscience.
Truly sad is the fact that you made no reference to the fact that
possibly, a living child was treated like trash and suffocated.

Did you bother to read the article at the URL you posted? Such as:
"'We found thirteen or fourteen biohazard bags filled with the remains of
kids, but nothing to suggest a 20- to 26-week-old infant body was in the
clinic,' Overton confesses. Slightly leaning forward over the long wooden
desk in his Hialeah office, the veteran officer shakes his head with
disdain: 'We did a very thorough search, and that body was definitely not
there.'"
And the second search:
"Police obtained a second search warrant and raided the facility again.
Sure enough, they discovered a badly decomposed female fetus in a
biohazard bag, shoved in a nondescript box on the floor--one they had
previously searched.
"By state law, fetal remains must be disposed of according to strict
sanitary guidelines. Clinic workers might have been expecting a pick-up
service to collect the body, which would explain why it was returned
indoors."
So far, what you have is evidence of unsanitary practices. And that's all.
Yet you're willing to accuse someone of murder?
Hm...
