McKINNEY - When Dena Schlosser cut off the arms of her 10-month-old
daughter, she was in a state of “profound psychosis” and overcome by
religious delusions that made her unaware of what she was doing, a
forensic psychiatrist testified this morning.

I should hasten to add that I don't think that there's an epidemic of
Christian trying to saw off their kids' arms. But if you can't spot
religious delusion, then maybe your religions might be a bit of a ways
from reality.

Christian trying to saw off their kids' arms. But if you can't spot
religious delusion, then maybe your religions might be a bit of a ways
from reality.

Perhaps, but she was able to hide her psychosis in her religion. And
if you can't distinguish between psychosis and religious piety, maybe
you should think about how realistic your religion is.
