GOOD NEWS FROM NEW ORLEANS
Five of the Eight Abortion Clinics in the area were=20
TOTALLY DESTROYED
I wonder how long it will be before God destroys the other three baby =
killing places. It is our understanding that no workers were there, so =
no one was injured. God may come next time during the work day.
One Sister in the Lord said...............
There is an old English hymn that is never sung anymore in the =
Disney-fied churches of America. The words go like this:
God moves in a mysterious way
His wonders to perform,
He plants his footsteps in the sea,
And rides upon the storm.
The city of New Orleans is in ruins. Nearly half a million people are =
without homes or the basic needs of life. Once pristine and gleaming =
office towers and hotels are collapsing ruins, only gaping holes where =
plate glass windows used to be. The bars that just a few days ago had =
drunks staggering and vomiting their way out the doors are closed and =
will have to be torn down. The strip joints that drew men and women of =
the most vile lusts and passions are empty shells. No broken, depraved =
and sin-sick individuals will fulfill their lusts there today. The =
Southern Decadence Days have been canceled. Over 10,000 homosexuals were =
scheduled to descend on the city in a non-stop orgy of perversion and =
sodomy Labor Day weekend. The party's off. A video taken by taxpayers =
at last year's event showed homosexuals engaging in sex openly on the =
streets. The police turned their backs and the city organizers promoted =
this year's event with gusto. Only it isn't going to take place after =
all. The casinos where gamblers from across the state would gather to =
throw their money away in a frenzy of greed are now up to the rafters in =
stinking flood waters. The slot machines are rusting beneath 10 feet of =
water in some cases. The machines won't take anyone's money today. The =
mayor of the Big Easy is calling for prayer.
We are moved, as we should be, with human compassion as we see so many =
people, many of them poverty stricken to begin with, homeless and =
without hope. The loss of life and the innocent people who suffer move =
us to seek to help in any way we can. But in the midst of this tragedy, =
let's not fail to see the bigger lesson. Despite President Bush's =
insistence that we Americans are good people, a closer look says =
otherwise. This nation's soil is reddened with the blood of tens of =
millions of aborted children. The multi-billion dollar pornography =
industry is pumping filth out of the pit of hell into the homes and =
bedrooms of Americans daily. Thousands of militant homosexuals march in =
the streets of American cities each year in Gay Pride parades, demanding =
their rights and breathing out threatening to those politicians who =
stand in their way.
But then God speaks, as he did in Hurricane Katrina. What is He saying? =
By allowing in his sovereign will this disaster, and every disaster =
mankind faces, God is saying, "I, even I, am the Lord and beside me =
there is no Savior." Isaiah 43:11. The Lord reminds us of our =
desperately needy human state. He reminds us that in our arrogance and =
rebellion that He alone gives and He alone takes away. He reminds us =
that none of us exist without his explicit mercy towards us and He calls =
us to repent and seek Him.
Evangelicals cringe now at words like these. "Don't go making God look =
like an angry, vengeful God!" they say. That's because increasingly, =
the God of Evangelicalism only has one quality, love. The many passages =
of Scripture that speak of God's holiness, his righteousness and his =
intolerance for sin are ignored. The passages that speak of God's =
dealing with a rebellious Children of Israel are relegated to quaint =
stories for our children in Sunday School. But the God who judges in =
history, who raises up leaders and who brings them down, a God who will =
not tolerate forever the sins of a nation that sheds innocent blood? =
"No, that's not God," they say. "And don't let a newspaper reporter hear =
you say that, or we're toast!"
Even a cursory reading of Scripture reveals a God who is not only loving =
but is wrathful against all evil, as well. The rebellion of America has =
been a stench in the nostrils of God for a long time. Why God has stayed =
his hand on this land for so long, I do not know. I am grateful for that =
mercy but I tremble for America's future if there is no repentance in =
Christ's church. Why the church? Because Scripture tell us that judgment =
begins in God's house. I have written repeatedly about Evangelicalism =
that in a quest for temporal greatness and influence has perverted the =
Gospel until it is unrecognizable. This, God will judge.
As the howling winds of Katrina destroyed expensive homes and tossed =
costly cars like matchboxes, they pointed us to the words of Jesus =
Christ:=20
"Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I =
will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock. And =
the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat =
upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. " =
Matthew 7:25-26
--=20
SAY THIS PRAYER: Dear Jesus, I am a sinner and am headed to eternal hell =
because of my sins. I believe you died on the cross to take away my sins =
and to take me to heaven. Jesus, I ask you now to come into my heart and =
take away my sins and give me eternal life. http://www.ArmyofGod.com=20

Questions on Leviticus
Questions that require answer!
1. When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a
pleasing odor for the Lord - Lev.1:9. The problem is my neighbors. They
claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?
2. I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus
21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for
her?
3. I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her
period of menstrual cleanliness - Lev.15:19-24. The problem is, how do I
tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.
4. Lev. 25:44 states that I may indeed possess slaves, both male and
female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend
of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you
clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?
5. I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2
clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill
him myself?
6. A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an
abomination - Lev. 11:10, it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I
don't agree. Can you settle this?
7. Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a
defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my
vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle room here?
8. Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair
around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by
Lev.19:27. How should they die?
9. I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me
unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?
10. My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different
crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two
different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse
and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble
of getting the whole town together to stone them? Lev.24:10-16. Couldn't
we just burn them to death at a private family affair like we do with
people who sleep with their in-laws? (Lev. 20:14)

That's because you're a childish nutcase. You don't have a "verbatim"

There is a verbatim quote which is against more than letting them marry.

May I ask one question? Why is everyone placing God as some kind of
monster?

That's a fair question. Let me respond with another question - have
you ever noticed that people tend to create God in their own image,
rather than the other way around? Please consider this seriously - I
mean, most Americans think of themselves as loving, compassionate
people, so the God they worship is also loving and compassionate. But
that's not how we've always conceptualized God. He's also been a
Warrior God to the Israelites colonizing the Promised Land, or a
Shepherd God to the Diaspora Jews, longing for Zion. Or a Seat of
Wisdom to the Hellenized (Greek-assimilated) Jews seeking to live a
good life, or a Paschal Lamb to the early Christians. He has been
portrayed as angry, vengeful, nurturing, and/or loving, depending on
the needs of the time.
Spitzie seems to worship a God whose anger is so out of control that he
wipes out whole populations for the sake of rubbing out a few people
whose behavior he doesn't like. Heck, even our own armed forces are
more careful about not harming innocent civilians than this God.
Others, like Fred Phelps and Pat Robertson, seem to worship the same
God, the difference being that Robertson's God thoroughly approves of
accumulating wealth by fair means AND foul.
Such a god is not worthy of worship, imo.

God Have pity on your soul. Who are you to question God?

It's not God I question. It's Spitzie's concept of God.

He is now, always has been and always will be, The Alpha, Omega,
the beginning and the end, and He in his infinite wisdom, He knows
exactly what He is doing.
I have participated in many discussions, here, but none as blatant
and demeaning as this. What a way to come into or go out of this
world. God help you, as I really feel sympathy for you. Janice.

Go back and read Spitzie's original post. He positively *gloats* over
an event that killed poor people by the thousands, including infants in
their parents' arms and elderly and/or disabled people as well. I
don't need or want your sympathy. The poor people of New Orleans need
your *help*.

Hi: Let me just say one thing to you. You are trying to show love and
compassion by telling me that those poor people in N.O. need my help. Well,
they have it and much more. But you too, need help. I was not speaking of
whatever Spitzie or anyone else had to say, but if he was speaking of the
abortion clinics being destroyed and hopefully no one was seriously injured
or killed, but what are they doing to those poor innocent babies that they
are killing. How, in this world could any mother, for any reason, have a
child in her womb destroyed or a child that is being born, coming out of the
birth canal, killed? I am a mother of four children and six grandchildren
and as much as I love them all, I just couldn't imagine anyone being that
cruel. Even animals do better than that. I can't even try to talk about
this thing because it makes my heart so sad and my mother's instinct want to
run and protect those little innocent babies as they are starting into the
world and then they are killed, without ever a chance to live, love or be
someone, anyone to love, or be loved. I have seen and heard of cruelty in
my 62 years, but never imagined that it would come to killing God's precious
little ones, before they could take their first breath. Now thank you for
your comments, but no thank you. Janice

GOOD NEWS FROM NEW ORLEANS

Five of the Eight Abortion Clinics in the area were
TOTALLY DESTROYED

As were several "crisis pregnancy centers" in the greater New Orleans
area, according to LifeNews.com. That God of yours sure has lousy aim.
Maybe he needs glasses?

Hi to all: I have said nothing here, that is not true. All of you
apparently need to study more on abortion and the Bible, look at the
pictures and see if you might have liked those things to have happened to
you, when you were a baby in your mother's womb, or as you were struggling
to be born. I don't think so!!!! I have not given hatred to anyone, just
hatred for the sin that they are committing, of killing babies. You would
have to be walking around with your eyes and ears closed, not to be able to
see this. Apparently, you do not know what partial birth abortion is. It
is a late term abortion where the child is beginning to come out of the
birth canal and is killed before ever drawing a breath. You may tell me
that I am lying all you want too, but you need to study on it and you will
surely see. I was cursed at, with some very foul language, and that is what
I was saying about the bad language, not in the "Good English terms." How
ignorant some people can be. I also, have no need to make any ammends or
apologies for anything that I have said, which is all truth. Why on earth
would I have need to speak my mind and then lie about what I am saying.
Read my statements and tell me that I have said anything in malice. I have
just spoken the truth about abortion, and those who do this terrible thing.
It seems that too many people are afraid to do so, even politicians. I am
not afraid to speak up and stand up for those unborn babies. I do still
have freedom of speech and I will use it to my last breath. When I am
speaking to heathens, I feel that I should talk to them as such.
Jesus Christ was persecuted and turned the other cheek and He said to
us, not only once, but 70 times 7, should we do this. That is a lot of
times. I am a christian, have been since 8 years of age, so you say that
just because I believe a different way than you, that I am not a christian.
You also, have freedom of speech and to your beliefs, so, say what you want,
but I do not an will not believe it.
Even Jesus had a righteous anger when He threw the money changers out
of the temple. I have a righteous anger when I hear about and talk about
killing babies. So, the only thing that I can say to any of you is that I
hope and pray that God will open your eyes to what is going on with
abortions. You have all wrapped my words around to suit yourselves and that
is what people who believe in nothing do, when they do not know what they
are talking about, or do not know God. I pray also, That God will teach you
of LOVE and not the hatred for someone of different opinions than you, that
you have. I also hope and pray, that before it is too late for your souls,
He will save you and make you His own. Now, as I said, all of you can argue
as much as you want amongst yourselves, but I won't be saying or doing any
more of it. I will just sit back and let God handle it, and I assure you
that at some point, He will do just exactly that, in whatever way that He
sees fit. Janice

Yes you have.

All of you
apparently need to study more on abortion and the Bible,

Done that. The Bible says nothing against abortion and Jesus said
quite clearly that it was not your place to be telling pregannt women
what they should be forced to do.

look at the
pictures

Why would I look at faked pictures from anti-abortion terrorists?

I have not given hatred to anyone,

You call people baby killers from love.
You're a liar.

just
hatred for the sin that they are committing, of killing babies.

False witness is a sin the equal of murder. You damn yourself with
such hatred and lies.

You would

It's a lie.

Never happens. It's a lie concocted by anti-abortion terrorists.

That's how I know it's a lie.

Define sin.

that they are committing, of killing babies.

No babies are killed in an abortion.

You would

It is a procedure that is medically required in almost every case.

Malice is not the same as either lying or not proving what you say.

I have
just spoken the truth about abortion, and those who do this terrible thing.

Not everyone considers it terrible.

It seems that too many people are afraid to do so, even politicians. I am
not afraid to speak up and stand up for those unborn babies.

All babies have been born.

I do still
have freedom of speech and I will use it to my last breath. When I am
speaking to heathens, I feel that I should talk to them as such.

Have at it.

Jesus Christ was persecuted and turned the other cheek and He said to
us, not only once, but 70 times 7, should we do this.

Prove any such person ever existed. Then prove what you said is true.

That is a lot of
times. I am a christian, have been since 8 years of age, so you say that
just because I believe a different way than you, that I am not a christian.

Who cares? That is your problem

Even Jesus had a righteous anger when He threw the money changers out
of the temple.

Prove such a person ever existed then prove that happened.

I have a righteous anger when I hear about and talk about
killing babies.

No babies are killed in an abortion.

So, the only thing that I can say to any of you is that I
hope and pray that God

Prove any god exists.

will open your eyes to what is going on with
abortions.

Do you really think it a secret, and no one understands?

You have all wrapped my words around to suit yourselves and that
is what people who believe in nothing do, when they do not know what they
are talking about, or do not know God.

Prove any god exists.

I pray also, That God will teach you
of LOVE and not the hatred for someone of different opinions than you, that
you have.

Only when someone insists those opinions are correct yet cannot prove
any part of them.

I also hope and pray, that before it is too late for your souls,

Prove a soul exists.

He will save you and make you His own. Now, as I said, all of you can argue
as much as you want amongst yourselves, but I won't be saying or doing any
more of it.

You have said that before. Why are you still here? You keep saying
you are leaving but like a bad penny you keep turning up.
Will you actua
