MONITORING
PrismNet Ltd. does not intend to actively monitor the content of webs=
ites, e-mail, news groups,
or other materials created or accessible over its Services and is not res=
ponsible for the content thereof.
PrismNet Ltd., however, reserves the right to monitor such Services, and =
to take any action it deems
appropriate based on information discovered in connection with any such m=
