Neither one of them has enough sense to come in out of a storm...and I'm still
getting a chuckle of doing $290 procedures for those who live "outside
metropolitan Houston, but within Harris County". Since the Houston
metropolitan area occupies *ten* Texas counties -- Harris (duh!), Waller,
Montgomery, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Austin, and San
Jacinto -- I'd love to hear IBen's explanation of how to be outside metro
Houston but inside Harris County. I'm not willing to experiment with
mind-altering drugs like IBen's apparently using to figure out that answer.
