He's too clueless to ever figure that out...and I still get a chuckle out of a
special rate for "outside metro Houston but within Harris County", which
proves that the child knows nothing about the city I live in or how many
counties it's metropolitan area occupies. (Houston is the seat of Harris
County, and the SMSA takes up seven other counties adjacent to Harris, along
with two more on the fringe. Kinda like specifying "inside metro DC, but
outside the Washington city limits -- i.e., no such place exists.)
