Irish College of Obs/Gyns: "Abortion Never Medically Necessary". |
Although the pro-abortion posters on this group insist that they are
"pro-choice" rather than pro-abortion, they cannot see why the medical
necessity of abortion is a completely moot point to their cause. In
spite of of this, along with equally irrelevant events such as the
Peterson case, they insist on trying to convince others, and themselves,
of the medical nature of abortion, and its necessity to "save women's
lives", the implication of course being that women are put at risk when
abortion is outlawed.
It's a further moot point to their cause because the vast majority of
abortions are carried out for non or bogus medical reasons.
Ireland has a proud medical tradition, and boasts one of the best infant
and maternal mortality rates in the world. It would be fair to say that
the Irish medical profession cares deeply about the welfare of women,
including pregnant women, and would not jeopardise their lives.
Furthermore, it would be reasonable to assume that any changes to the
law that worked in the best interests of women would be supported.
In the referendum recently to constitutionally declare abortion illegal
in Ireland, the Irish College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists
declared their support to the YES vote. I attach the link and the quotes
below.
The pro-abortion protesters on this group need to be reminded of two
things, If they are fighting for "choice", the medical necessity of
abortion is virtually irrelevant. And given that medical authorities
state with an exemplarary record in caring for women declare it to be
unnecessary, they cannot roll out the specious "women's defense"
argument in attempting to misrepresent the pro-life position.

Actually they do, which is why they excell and I am proud of them for it.
One daughter who has excelled in education, made national honor roll, one of
the top clarinetest in the state (#3), the ONLY student in her entire high
school to win a gold at the FFA national's.
A young son who is already taking a high interest in learning...I am proud
of them.

I do not doubt he is completely correct in what he says. He simply
does not mention there are two different people with the same name
involved, and he comments completely within the bounds of absolute
truth as far as he goes. He simply will not add one bit of truth
which totally changes what he says from pertinent to useless.
He does this a lot, which is why anyone who agrees with anything he
says is a fool. I would not so agree, and he killfiled me for it.

I will not deny my post, it was deliberate. It got the reaction I
figured it would.
But what part you fail to mention is the many smear tactics and lies,
people like Patty, Barnes, Adam H., keegan, use to smear others and
attack. So don't expect any sympathy or belief that your words are
genuine, when you show double standards.
Understand yet? I doubt it.
It is very simple, these individuals doing the whining..if they would
apologize and agree that they have been out of line over the course of
the last two years I would gladly admit that I used their own tactics
