is worried about his impending move to an adult prison and whether
he'll be ready to function in society when he is ultimately released,
friends and family say.

found dead in their burning home in 2001. He was tried as an adult and
convicted of murder last year. A judge sentenced him to 30 years in

"He's becoming an adult," says PASTOR Chris Snelgrove, who has known
Mr. Pittman and his family for about 10 years. "Now that he's 17 and
he's developing an adult kind of outlook on the case and his history
with it, he's struggling with issues that a 12-year-old couldn't."

pastors from Usenet. Does that make *you* a Christian? Most likely, the boy
was an atheist that the good Reverend was trying to help, but the boy's
blind hatred ( common amongst atheists ) prevented that.
