Claiming he no longer believes in punishment, a Vermont judge issued a
60-day sentence to a man who confessed to repeatedly raping a girl over a
four-year period, beginning when she was 7 years old.
Judge Edward Cashman disagreed with prosecutors who thought Mark Hulett, 34,
of Williston, Vt., deserved eight to 20 years in prison, reported WCAX-TV in
Burlington, Vt.
Cashman said he's more concerned now about rehabilitation.
"The one message I want to get through is that anger doesn't solve anything.
It just corrodes your soul," Cashman told a packed Burlington courtroom made
up mostly of people related to the victim.
Cashman said he wants to make sure Hulett gets sex-offender treatment.

the maximum for murder in Vermont, to a quadruple murderer,
instead of life with parole in 35 years.

Raped women have been facing this type of sentencing *if* the rape goes to
trial for a very long time.
Few go to trial and if you happen to have been raped on a college campus
they will try to talk you out of reporting.
E.G. A college woman raped on a city sidewalk at night with people walking
by didn't go to trial.
Naturally a good christian would have stoned her because she was to afraid
to scream.

He is taking his words and taking them WAY out of context.
Why does LC lie?
Go to the message ID's that LC is placing and you can see that JYoung isn't
asking that question for himself, he is asking that question of
pro-choicers.

Why does Young lie when he indicates the American Civil Liberties Union

While it's true that the words LC places in his signature files on J Young
are in his messages, what's not true is how LC is putting it out there.
He is taking his words and taking them WAY out of context.
Why does LC lie?
Go to the message ID's that LC is placing and you can see that JYoung
isn't asking that question for himself, he is asking that question of
pro-choicers.
You will find in almost every quote LC uses on JYoung, he is taking his
comments out of context or he is actually rearranging the words around,
which is the same as lying.

I am not saying I agree with everything Young says. I too, have some issues
and concerns with ACLU; however, I would say they support rapist. I do see
a bad trend though, that suggest radical liberals are more concerned with
criminals than they are with the victims. That is based on my own personal
observations that come from discussions with many different left wing
radicals. That isn't to suggest that all liberals feel that way, just the
radical ones that I have come across.
