performance of a particular abortion procedure must include an exception to
preserve a woman's life and health.

The judge made the right decision. As much as I am against partial birth
abortion and think the procedure should be illegal, I do agree that the
procedure must include and exception to preserve a woman's life and health.
With the chances of a woman's life or health being at that kind of risk that
would call for a partial birth abortion, even allowing that exception...I
don't think we would hardly see that many partial birth abortions. The
chances of a woman's life and health being at risk due to a pregnancy in the
U.S., is less than 1% from the last time I read an article on this subject.
