Kerry Leaves a Large Hole in His Resume |
Kerry seemed to skip over his long Senate career and his job as Lt. Governor
under Dukakis. Sounds like Kerry is running away from his liberal record.

You can't have it both ways Ray. You say Bush ignored Congress
like he was violating the Pope, and in the next breath say Congress
is kissing his *****. If so, he didn't ignore them, he didn't violate them.
And oh, btw- if Congress is full of pesky Republicans they must have
gotten elected by a majority which didn't include you. It's tough to be
in the minority...especially when you're griping about the stretch of a bill,
when that's one of the hallmarks of the liberal, stretching the law and
constitution to unrecognizable new vistas. It's just not right when
Republicans do it.

No, Congress voted to give Bush the authority to go to war, on the
understanding that he'd only do it after pursuing other options.

Do you think we should give the land America is built upon, taken by treachery
and blood from the hapless primitives who once dwelled here freely, by our
grandparents and their parents, back to the natives, or is that okay as long as
it happened before our personal memory and we can mythologize it? Let him
who is without sin cast the first stone. Considering the historically unprecedented
approval ratings the president received during the war on Afghanistan and Iraq,
I can only believe most Americans enjoyed it a lot, popcorn sales went _way_
up, and the ones who now denounce it are cowardly little snivelers who can't
come to grips with their own "beast within".

I don't need to ask you what you're doing, you may as well be quoting from
the anti-Federalist papers which condemned Washington as a traitor and a
monarchist. As such, you leave yourself open to any sort of light, your log-

accountable?
First off all, you dope, the Senate is part of Congress. Idiot.
The congress is composed of two legislative bodies: the Senate
and the House of Representatives.
You have made this mistake in several postings. You don't even
understand how the federal government works and you certainly are
foolish enough to not hold our president up the same high standards
you would of any Democratic president.
The president is the only one who is responsible for going to war in
Iraq. That's how the government works. As for our congressmen; I can
only hold those responsible who I can vote for and you had better
believe that I will be looking closely as each one runs for office about
how he has behaved in this matter.

Ignore the senate and congress, I guess you think the President makes

Why have senators and congressmen if you are not going to hold them

Sorry, were you AWAKE then? Did you SEE how he railroaded Congress? It
was utterly ridiculous. I don't find Congress blameless either actually,
but the guy is supposed to be our leader. You know, the one making the
responsible decisions about things like sending our boys to die in some
sand lot.

And I believe that Bush felt he was making the responsible decision at the
time.
I don't think he lied, I think he..like many others, went off bad
intelligence. Just as the reports are showing.
Do I think Bush is entirely without blame? No, I think he made a mistake
and he should get on T.V. and apologize.
But I don't believe the liberal propaganda either.

The Democrats aren't in office. If Bush isn't responsible for what
happens under his administration, what is the point of electing Bush?
but the guy is supposed to be our leader. You know, the one making the

YEAH. I law that is called NEGLIGENCE.
I don't think he lied, I think he..like many others, went off bad
intelligence. Just as the reports are showing.
He wanted to have an excuse. He was clearly looking for a reason to
attack Iraq before 9/11. As for "bad intelligence," the "bad
intelligence" was HIS. HE was responsible, remember?

There is no "liberal propaganda" Bush has made many mistakes and has LIED. I
would like to point out that all you Republicans were all over Clinton when he
lied and yet when one of your own lies you blame us liberals and say were
"making propaganda": I have a name for people like you and its HYPOCRIT

Standard conservative tack #4,563: If something shitty happens, blame
Congress; if something great happens, the President did it.
If there is a Democrat in office, reverse.
