armchair general, and spinning this disaster for political reasons. If we
can't actually fix the levies and help people, the least we can to is to

We hear reports of people shooting at helicopters and from our livingrooms
we ask how could those people be so stupid? The answer is simply that they
are desperate.

I have no problem with anybody down their taking anything they can find.

It's all a loss anyway. The main issue with the looting problem is that it
creates an atmosphere of lawlessness that obstructs the evacuation
process.
