You are obviously a Kook. To volunteer you must do the paperwork. There
is no evidence that Bush actually volunteered. He verbally expressed a
desire to go knowing full well that he did not have enough experience.
Just to make sure they did not take him, he never changed his status as
a non-volunteer. The Col may indeed have heard Bush volunteer, but it
was without substance.
Kind of like his saying everything in Iraq is cool, the intelligence
guys are only guessing.
