Missouri House Overrides Abortion Bill Veto |
On Wed, Sep. 10, 2003, The Kansas City Star posted an article
by Kit Wagar and Tim Hoover titled: "Missouri House Overrides
Holden's Vetoes of Abortion, Gun Bills." Go to:

______________________________________________________________________
Excerpts:
The Missouri House today overrode Gov. Bob Holden's vetoes
of bills that would legalize concealed weapons and mandate
a 24-hour waiting period for a woman to have an abortion.
The action sets up a showdown on both bills in the Senate.
To the cheers of abortion opponents who packed the upper
galleries, the Republican-led House easily found enough votes
to override Holden's veto of the abortion bill. Override sup-
porters needed 109 of 163 votes and got 120, with 35
members voting against an override.
Sponsored by Rep. Susan Phillips, a Kansas City Republican,
the bill would prohibit doctors from performing an abortion
unless they have consulted with the patient and discussed the
health risks and effects of an abortion 24 hours prior to the
procedure.

Papa Jack commented:
Actually, many "chop shop" abortionists seldom even see
the women until they enter the "chop" room to begin the
abortion.
Much of the so-called "consulting" is done by clerks trained
only as salespersons.

Is there no end to your ignorance, lies and deceit? Do you really believe
that distorting the facts will further your degenerate anti-choice cause?
What losers you bunch of freaks are.
Well, over-riding vetoes of a 'concealed-carry' bill and an
anti-aboriton bill bill kind of raises an interesting question ...
were they trying to make it easier for the Paul Hill wannabes?

Scary thought. The majority of the anti-choice zealots who post here
appear to be somewhat off-balance anyway. Probably wouldn't take much to

And yet another chop shop article.
Source given at the bottom of the article. Oh yes, it's a pro-life group.
One doesn't really get this kind of information from the abortion industry.
101 USES FOR A DEAD (or live) BABY by Olga Fairfax, Ph.DWhen I saw the first
ad on TV advertising collagen-enriched cosmetics I was
speechless. We'll be apologizing to Hitler, I thought; at least he didn't
kill
for money!Collagen is the gelatinous substance found in connective tissue,
bone and
cartilage. Nick Thimmesch's syndicated column, "Our Grisly Human Fetal
Industry" documents that amniotic fluid and collagen can come from fetal
material, since the Food and Drug Administration does not require pretesting
or the identification of cosmetic ingredients.A glance through a local drug
store revealed that the leading 12 shampoos and
five hand creams all contained collagen.Check your beauty products and you
may be shocked! Unless your beauty product
specifies animal collagen or bovine collagen, the product probably contains
human collagen. The drug company should be challenged at once. Even collagen
taken from human placenta raises questions about respect of life and
ownership
of the placenta.A letter from Mary Kay Cosmetics emphasizes that their
collagen all comes from
animals. A similar letter from Haskhas also been received.Since there are
1.5 million abortions every year, there is an abundant source
of fetuses for commercial use. There's triple profit to be had. The first is
from the abortion (estimated at
a half billion dollars a year by Fortune magazine). The second profit comes
from the sale of aborted babies' bodies. The third profit is from
unsuspecting
customers buying cosmetics.Babies' bodies are sold by the bag, $25 a batch
or up to $5500 a pound. The
sale of later-term elective abortions at D.C. General Hospital brought
$68,000
between 1966 and 1976. The money was used to buy a TV set and cookies and
soft
drinks for visiting professors. Personally, I hope that they choked on the
Kool-Aid!Call your local abortuary and hospital and ask them some pointed
questions
about the disposal and possible sale of fetuses. Would an abortionist who
kills a baby think twice about selling its body? One prenatal killer said,
"A baby is becoming property. We kill, keep or sell the property."In the
Pittsburgh Women's Health Service there's a sign in the lab areas
asking doctors not to carry dead fetuses without wrapping them since it
disturbs the patients.Treated like trashWhat have abortuaries done with
fetuses in the past before they realized that
they could make another profit out of them?Well, "Richmond's shame" marked a
new low in disposal of wastes. An abortion
center there filled a long bin on the rear of its property with the remains
of
its day's nefarious doings. Its trash compactor neatly mashed 100 babies'
bodies which were then tied up in plastic bags and thrown on top of the
bin."The hungry dogs came along and dragged the bags away. There were
frequent
fights and the contents of the bags would be strewn up and down the streets
until the dogs separated the gauze, sponges and pads and devoured the
placenta, bones and flesh of the babies." said a mother. She went to the
police, health department and city hall and felt that she got
nowhere: but the bags, of warm human babies' mutilated parts disappeared
from
the streets even though the clinic increased its abortions from 25 to 150 a
week. They've since moved to larger quarters. The Jacksonville, , Florida,
Womens' Center for Reproductive Health, which is
run and owned by the Clergy Consultation Service, advertises "celebrating a
decade of service."Nothing to CelebrateWhat they don't advertise is that
they leave aborted babies out for the trash
pickup. Rev. Marvin Lutz, the director explained that the practice of
leaving
the remains out was perfectly legal and approved by the "good housekeeping"
Judases, the National Abortion Federation and the Florida Abortion
Council.Dr. Jeronimo Dominguez of New York wrote that "on any Monday you can
see about
30 garbage bags with fetal material in them along the sidewalks of several
abortion clinics in New York."In Odessa, Texas, city ordinance 69-91 forbids
placing a dead animal in a
dumpster. But that didn't stop one abortionist from depositing large brown
plastic bags full of sock like gauze bags into the city dumpster prior to
closing every night.A Baptist minister opened the bags and to his horror
found a little "perfectly
formed hands and feet of a 13-week old baby and the complete body, in
pieces,
of a 17-week old baby. Everything except one foot was there: the rib cage,
sexual organs, head, finger nails and toe nails."He nearly died of shock. I
nearly did too, reading about it.They Burn Babies, Don't They?Babies used to
be burned on the altar to Baal; now there're burned in furnaces
at the sites of their deaths. In Cincinnati, a prenatal killer allowed dense
smoke to emanate from his
chimney. When firemen were called they were told, "They're burning babies,"
as if that was routine. One wonders how life saving firemen could continue
their dedication amid such
a contradiction! One pro-lifer overheard her children (ages five and seven)
discussing the
infamous picture of the babies in the trash can the first time they saw
it."It's dolls, It has to be dolls," said the kindergartner."No," said his
pre-school sister, "it's babies."The older child couldn't believe it. "It
has to be dolls," he insisted.
"Why would anyone throw away babies?"When their mother explained to them
that it was babies, both children grew
very quiet. Silently they studied the picture and then recalled the times
they had gone on trips to the city dump with the family. "Will the rats eat
the babies when they take them to the dump?" the boy asked.Animals Fare
BetterA wounded American eagle was found in Maryland recently and rushed to
emergency treatment but it was too late. He died. A $5000 reward was offered
for the arrest of its killer.Similarly, the Izaak Walton League's ethics
fund has spent nearly $60,000 in
the last one and one half years to enhance out door ethics. It is illegal to
ship pregnant lobsters (regardless of which trimester!)
to market. There's a $1000 fine and a year's jail term as a penalty.The
Massachusetts Supreme Court has ruled that goldfish cannot be awarded as
prizes in games of chance. This violates the state's anti cruelty law to
protect the "tendency to dull humanitarian feelings and corrupt the morals
of
those who observe them." This same court upheld mandatory state funding of
abortions! If the human fetus were an animal, its welfare might be entrusted
to the
Department of Agriculture or the Fish and Wildlife service where it would be
safer than at the mercy of the Health Department. The hackles of the SPCA
would rise at the physical treatment it received. The New Laboratory RatSome
researchers insist that the reason they must do research on human fetuses
is because they are human, not animal. In a it-shouldn't-happen to a dog
story, 47 senators voted in 1974 to protect
dogs from experimentation with poisonous gas but then voted down Sen. Jess
Helm's amendment to prevent federal funds from being used for abortion. One
liberal, pro-abortion Senator gave an emotion laden speech to protect dogs.
Man's best friend came out better than man himself!Who is pressing for the
"right" to experiment? No one less than the nation
Institutes of Health. A stacked national commission gave them the "right"
and
this experimentation is funded by you, the taxpayer! There is another sequel
to the erosion of the value of human life. Abortion,
fetal experimentation, infanticide and euthanasia are four walls of the same
coffin.Even Planned Parenthood's anti life lawyer Harriet Pilpel was
shocked. "What
mother (sic) would consent to an experiment on her fetus?" she asked.A Few
Choice ExamplesSome of the more shocking facts that will give you heart
palpitations include: o The young couple who wanted to conceive a child to
be aborted so that the
father to be could use the baby's kidneys for a transplant that he needed
himself. o In California, babies aborted at six months were submerged in
jars of
liquid with high oxygen content to see if the could breathe through their
skins. They couldn't. o The hysterotomy aborted fetus in the seventh,
eighth and ninth months is
removed intact (translation: the babe is alive). The trade in fetal tissue
is
about $1 million annually. The high prices may encourage unnecessary
abortions on welfare patients as the surest way of getting "salable
tissue." o Dr. Robert Schwartz, chief of pediatrics at the Cleveland
Metropolitan
Hospital, said that, "After a baby is delivered, while it is still linked to
its mother by the umbilical cord, I take a blood sample, sever the cord and
then as quickly a possible remove the organs and tissues." o Magee Women's
Hospital in Pittsburgh packed aborted babies in ice for
shipment to experimental labs. o Newsday reported that an Ohio medical
research company tested the brains
and hearts of 100 fetuses as part of a $300,000 pesticide contract. The
Modern Scalp Display? o Human embryos and other organs have been encased in
plastic and sold as
paperweight novelty items. o The Diabetes Treatment Project at UCLA depends
for its existence on the
availability of pancreases from later term aborted fetuses. o A rabies
vaccine is produced from viruses grown in the lungs of aborted
children, according to FDA. A polio vaccine was also grown with cells from
aborted kids. o Brain cells would be "harvested" from aborted babies for
transplant. o tissue cultures are obtained by dropping still living babies
into meat
grinders and homogenizing them, according to the prestigious New England
Journal of Medicine. o The Village Voice reported estimates seven years ago
that 20,000 to 100,000
fetuses are sold to drug companies each year in the U.S. o A $6000,000
grant from H.I.H. enabled one baby (among many others in the
experiment done in Finland to be sliced open without an anesthetic so that
a
liver could be obtained. The researcher in charge said that the baby was
complete and "was even secreting urine." He disclaimed the need for
anesthetic, saying an aborted baby is just garbage." Don't tell God! o a
study on the severed heads of 12 babies delivered by C-section who were
kept alive for months. o Even the baby's placenta is sold for 50 cents to
drug companies. Ever heard
of Placenta Plus shampoo? And the atrocities go on. Will the unborn be
regarded as handy little organ
sources? Will our preborn brothers and sisters become a source of spare body
parts?Listen to the newscasters - they are already pleading nationwide for
organs.
It's enough to make you tear up your organ donor card! At least adults can
consent to being inventoried like a body shop's spare parts department but
Little Bugger cannot! After reading that aborted babies' fat is being used
to make soap in England
and the fact that the former head of the federal Centers for Disease Control
abortion surveillance branch proposed that abortions should be charged for
by
the length of the babies foot, are we surprised that babies are treated this
way in the Year of the Child or the Year of the Disabled? After reading the
above, if your heart is still beating, run, don't walk, to
your nearest prayer closet and start praying!SYSOP's note: Everything you
have just read is quite true. Dr. Fairfax has
documentation and clippings to support every point made in this article. You
may obtain a copy from her - Please send a donation with your request for

Another chop shop article: Look at the order forms later on in this piece
taken from the source below.
___________________________________________________________
National Institutes of Health (NIH) use Tax Money to Buy Aborted Baby Parts
In addition to wholesalers of aborted babies and their parts, human
embryonic and fetal tissues are available from the Central Laboratory for
Human Embryology at the University of Washington. The laboratory, which is
supported by tax money funneled through the National Institutes of Health ,
runs a 24-hour collection service at abortion clinics and can supply tissue
from normal or abnormal embryos and fetuses of desired gestational ages
between 40 days and term. Specimens are taken within minutes of the abortion
and tissues are aseptically identified, staged, and immediately processed to
fill orders from universities, pharmaceutical and biologics firms and
government research centers. Specimens are shipped by overnight express,
arriving the day following procurement.
An advertisement in the March 1994 NIH Guide was still on the Internet in
August of this year. NIH was established on October 311, 1995 and operates
under the Public Health Department division of the
United States Department of Health and Human Services. The chain of command
is (1) Department of Health and Human Services, (2) Public Health Department
and, then, (3) National Institutes of Health.
The mission of NIH is "to employ science in pursuit of knowledge to improve
human health conditions."
Intact Aborted Babies and Body Parts mean BIG Bucks to Wholesalers
The Frost and Sullivan consulting firm reports that the worldwide market for
cell lines and tissue cultures brought in nearly $428 million in corporate
revenues in 1996. Between now and 2003, predictions are that the market will
grow 13.5 percent per year and will be worth nearly $1 billion by 2002. That
figure does not include profits from patents and products from tissue
research.
Q. How do wholesalers of baby parts avoid criminal charges for violating
federal law?
The woman is invited to sign a consent form to allow the clinic to donate2
her aborted baby's tissue for research. She is informed that she will
receive no compensation for consenting.
She is asked to sign a second consent form to allow firms such as
Consultative and Diagnostic Pathology, Inc. and its representatives to
distribute and dispense her aborted baby's body or parts and tissue.
Instead of actually buying baby parts sellers of baby parts make "in-kind"
donations to abortion clinics by
renting space in the facility and placing their own personnel there to
harvest and distribute the tissue.
The clinic makes money (a) on the abortion, (b) clinic overhead is reduced
by leasing space to the harvester and/or (c) allowing clinic employee
salaries to be paid by the company selling the baby parts.
Side-stepping laws, wholesalers profit from selling the "donated" baby parts
and custom-filling orders.

1 Halloween is an appropriate day to establish NIH because of its "ghoulish"
research tax payers are funding.
2 NIH Revitalization Act of 1993 states: "human fetal tissue may be used
only if the woman providing the tissue makes a statement, made in writing
and signed by the woman, declaring that the woman donates the fetal tissue
for use in research described in subsection (a)."
3 Pathologist Miles Jones founded OL in 1997. His partner, lab technician
Gayla Rose, operates the business in the United States. OL is trying to
expand into Canada and Mexico. Both partners were listed as donors on
National Abortion Federation's annual report in 1991.

Rural Camden County, Unlikely Location for Aborted Baby Parts Business
Baby Parts Wholesaler
Anatomic Gift Foundation1 (AGF), White Oak, Georgia
Shippers include UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, or special courier,
same-day or overnight.
In 1994, one year after President Clinton lifted the ban on use of fetal
tissue in research, Jim and Brenda Bardsley founded AGF whose income went
from $180,000 in 1994 to $2 million in 1998. AGF headquarters moved to
Laurel Maryland, but the White Oak address is still listed as one of its
locations. The Bardsleys are president and vice-president of AGF and Jim's
brother, Brent Bardsley, reportedly, is executive director.
The White Oak location is in a double-wide trailer house on the Satilla
River and is, also, a catfish farm. AGF markets its services through
promotional booths set up at National Abortion Federation conferences.
In addition to the Georgia and Maryland offices, AGF has expanded into
Arizona and Colorado. The Arizona location appears to provide only adult
tissue but in Aurora Colorado, AGF is located INSIDE the Mayfair Women's
Clinic, a free standing abortion facility. Ying Bei Wang is the AGF
representative there. AGF, also, claims to have personnel in abortion
clinics on the east coast and in the midwest.
The Bardsleys, who go to a Southern Baptist church, home school their three
children using a Christian2 curriculum and teach them that abortion is
wrong. Mrs. Bardsley says she's prayed over whether her business is
acceptable in God's sight, and has "gotten the feeling" that it is, because
of the good that can come from fetal-tissue research - research that can
help save the lives of wanted children.
Ms. Ying Bei Wang is employed by AGF. Her job description is "technician"
and AGF has stationed her in the Mayfair Women's Center in Aurora, Colorado
where she's busy filling orders for baby parts. She uses her scalpel to
harvest the eyes of dead babies, ever so carefully, because the customer,
who wants 4 to 10 a day, prefers them whole.
It's illegal to buy and sell baby parts, but, through a convoluted process,
AGF and others get around that law. The clinic gives AGF and other
wholesalers permission to harvest the parts of babies aborted in their
facilities. Purchasers pay the wholesalers for allowing them to "receive"
(not buy) the parts. The clinic is paid by AGF and other wholesalers for
allowing the "technicians" to work there as harvesters, rather than charging
AGF for the baby parts. Note the words in italics are permissive words. No
one is actually charged for anything, but each pays for the privilege of
doing business. SLICK, huh?
"Kelly" said she harvested for AGF as a "technician", too. She said there
was a high demand for baby parts from private contractors who would buy from
AGF and sell to universities and other researchers. Shipments went by UPS,
FedEx, Airborne or special couriers, but shippers didn't necessarily know
the content of the boxes. Kelly said, "All they knew was that it was just
human cells. But it could be a completely intact fetus. It might be a batch
of eyes, or 30 or 40 livers going out that day, or thymuses."
What happens to leftover baby parts?
What happened to the leftover parts that weren't sold? Kelly's answer, "We
would usually put this down the garbage disposal along with the placenta and
the leftover blood material. If it was too large to go down the drain, they
had a special freezer and when they accumulated 60 or 70 fetuses in one box,
it would be picked up for incineration."
Fate of babies who live through abortion
AGF is the wholesaler where Kelly said she observed the drowning of twins
that had survived an abortion. She, also, reported babies who lived through
abortions were killed by "the doctor who would either break the neck or take
a pair of tongs and beat the fetus until it was dead."
Q. What happens to babies that survive abortion? A. They are killed,
dismembered and their parts sold.

Just like abortion clinics where the part parts are sold after the
human
is
disassembled.
That kind of research can save lives. Like my dads. He has
Parkinsons.
Why not sell off his body parts to further research? That's the way
you
think. Be consistent.
And thanks once again for demonstrating how little you really care for
peoples lives. I will be saving these responses and reposting them
whenever
you whine about dead babies.
I am consistent. So is he. He is an organ donor, as am I (it's debatable
whether he will have any parts left usable though). All people ought to
be.
You are not.
Usable tissue that is not being used- be it dead people or fetuses, or
skin
removed in plastic surgery, or any other such- can and should be used to
benefit a living person that may need it. Like Parkinsons patients.
As I said elsewhere, I really don't believe your story. It's too much of
a
tearjerker.
As I said elsewhere, does this mean you are denying the existence of
Parkinsons disease?
She wouldn't if it were her family member that was afflicted with it.
Women lie.
Diana, Dororthy, Thisisme, Trish, and a number of other *liars*
certainly have, extensively.

Maybe she also disbelieves Nancy Reagan's claim that *her* husband has

Indeed. I'm registered as an organ donor... and even if my organs etc
can't be used for transplant purposes as far as I'm concerned my body
can be used for medical teaching or medical experimental purposes after
my death. After all, *I* won't exist then to have any use for it!!
And for that matter, those religous persons who have a belief in life
(soul etc) after death must also believe they will have no use for
their bodies after physical death either!

Dorothy, an enormous number of people who suffer from chronic
illnesses do, in fact, DONATE their bodies to scientific research

If the pro-aborts have their way, the handicapped won't have to donate
their bodies. Their bodies will be useless to them once they are killed off
for the greater good of their families and the community, as discussed by
the anti-life people. I have a wonderful idea. The pro-aborts should agree
to be killed off so their brains can be assessed. All for the good of the
community and their families of course. I don't mean this seriously, but
just as an extension of the pro-abort mentality.

I thought you were too busy with your 'school' to respond to those who
showed what you are? But I see you aren't too busy to slip in here.
Where are these 'pro-aborts' everyone keeps talking about? I haven't seen
any and I would like a look at one.
The same goes for an 'anti-life' person. They seem to be a lot rarer but I
have missed them too.
