What is it you're saying to yourself, today, Jim? That you can't
compete? ;-) Your posts are growing shorter and shorter--maybe you'll
carry yourself away into complete obscurity.

how does it feel to be seen as a coward who runs away from his own
words?

Truth be told, you cannot handle my words.

you're projecting.

Not at all, the alleged mom - no proof given she is real - is a
movon.org type loser. Her characterization of Bush is meaningless.
Deal with it.

Jim

Jim,

How'd you feel if it were one of your children who was senselessly
slaughtered, and when you met the President upon his invitation only
to be greeted by an over-priveledged hoodlum who think he's God,

<yawn>

You are asuming this moveon.org mother that CLAIMS to have met Bush doesn't
speaketh with Michael Moore's tongue. Just look at the one line she says
her daughter said to Bush: "I wish I could bring my loved one back." Give
me a break, who the hell talks like that in real life? The "loved one" is

The rationalizations of the cultist.

I did read it. None of it surprises me in the least. Especially how
Bush received the grieving families and her description of him.

Hopefully, more and more of these things will come out, to the
Repugnicans detriment next year and in the 2008 Presidential Elections.
Bush is certainly giving the Democrats plenty of ammo.

Oh puh-lease, wake up and get real Mark.

I have been real.

First off, you guys have been saying for years that Republicans were
giving Democrats plenty of ammo and I don't see any major rally from
Democrats.
Second, I seriously doubt any one of you really care about the
families.

It does not matter what you believe, you are wrong about that.

All I see is people like yourself and Keegan using the
deaths of these brave men and women simply for your own selfish
propaganda.

What is so selfish about wanting to end this unprovoked and illegal war
on Iraq?

If anyone is disrespecting their service and the deaths of
those who are paying the ultimate price, it's people like you, Keegan,
and other liberal wackos in here.

I am not in any sense disrespectful of them. I honor our service
people. They do not have any choice about being over there. I am,
however, disrespectful of Bush, because he does not deserve any
respect. There is a big difference.

I didn't see you liberals care about the military before, so what makes
it believable that you care now?

Because I always have. Your opinion does not change that reality.

Most people can see through the phoney tears. It's a show, it's
phoney, and it certainly isn't sincere.
Democraps have been claiming a major victory since 1996 and been losing
every since.
There is a reason Democraps are losing, it's wackos like Howard Dean,
and phoney's like yourself and Keegan pretending to be so concerned
about the military.
Where was your concern when Democraps tried to throw away their vote in
2000?
Where was your concern during peace time and Military men and women
were killed in training and excercises?

Right were is should be. With their families.

Where was your concern when terrorist blew up the U.S.S. Cole and we
lost service men?

Same place. Just because I do not say something stupid or sappy like
you do does not mean that I do not care.

Where was your concern when the bodies of our service men were being
drug down a street in Somolia and the images were being thrown on the
T.V.'s?

Where it should be. With their comrades and their families.

Where was your concern when a young Lt. was flying his F-16 over the no
fly zones in Iraq and was being shot at?

With his compatriots and his families.

Shove your phoney concern and your crocodile tears.

Fine. I still have my real concern.
Now it is time for you to listen. You obviously know nothing about me.
I joined the Navy in 1990, AFTER Desert Shield started, as an enlisted
man. I spent 6 years in the Navy, and I have been honorably
discharged. After that, I went to work in the defense industry
programming battlefield management systems, trainers, and other
software and systems for the military. I have dealt with the military
for the last 15 years. What's more, my grandfather, uncle, and several
great uncles were in the military in wartimes. I know people that are
in the military, and that have been to Iraq.
YOU do not get to tell me how I am feeling and why I am feeling it.
YOU do NOT know me at all!

Real American's care about our troops and want their safe return, but
we are not going to use their deaths and their families for propaganda
sake.

Where is the propaganda about point out the truth in Bush's lies, and
showing that he is the one that does not care ask he send our soldiers
to die?
And I do care about our troops and their safe return. That is why the
truth must get out, so that the government will be forced by popular
demand to bring them home before more of them are unnecessarily killed.
By the way, that is a logical fallacy called the "Real Scotsman"
fallacy.

You want to show you care? Try sending a care package to a young
soldier who is sitting in a dessert, hopefully not to become another
number in your propaganda.

What makes you think that I have not? I am not going to talk about
anything like that on USENET. It is none of anyone's business. I am
not going to answer any request for when the last time I sent one was.

Think about that, which I doubt you will.

You do not think, and you know nothing about me.
All you had to spew here was lies, hatred, and misinformation. All you
have done is show you do not know me at all.
The biggest problem currently facing our elections is the "black box"
set up of the new voting machines, and well as how the state election
chairmen are chosen.
I am a software engineer by profession, and I know for a fact how easy
it is to rig that kind of system while making the votes look
"plausible". Unless the code itself can be examined, as well as a
definite paper trail from the machine being available for audit
purposes, there is no reason to trust it. And I don't. This is one of
the things that I do not care who is in charge.
And having an obviously and blatantly partisan person in charge of
doling out which voting machines and how many of them go to each
precinct leads to problems as well. Precincts that traditionally vote
against his party will likely get insufficient machines, as well as
ones known to error prone and/or easy to rig in a hard to detect
manner. This tends to discourage people from voting, either because of
long lines at the polling place (especially in bad weather) or because
they think that their vote will not be counted or changed without their
knowing.
Ohio was a shining example of both of these problems.

The son who died fought for the right of his mother to make an ***** out

country and about the president if they wish.
That is one of the things her son died for.
