The sentence is a conjunction, not a conditional. Our Blessed Mother
did not say that the first event would cause the second, only that both
events would occur. Alan's interpolated requirement of causal
dependency of the second named event upon the first, is just that - his
interpolation. He reads into the text what is not there, and then he
calls God, or George, or me, a liar, because his unjustified
interpolation into the text does not come to pass.
So George never claimed that the Pope would be announcing the
dogma.....mmmm...so why does your site carry this from George:
