Object: More Voter Fraud
Today, House Republicans selected Rep. John Boehner of Ohio for their
new majority leader after Tom Delay has forced out due to ethical
violations. But it took awhile - two ballots. Why? Because after the
first ballot it was discovered that more Republicans had voted than
were eligible to vote. Sound familiar?
Republicans probably figure it has worked twice before, why not again?

Once again, you are proven a liar.

So why did you bring it up (even if it were true, which I have yet to

Let's see - Clinton lied about a ***** and Bush lied about a

want to do anything about Bush?

You are useless and you deserve everything you are getting.

The only problem here comes up when everyone bitches about Bush, yet they

Well, let's see: if Gore had been appointed by the SC instead;

maintaining a balanced budget.
We probably STILL wouldn't have lost anyone in war.

Nope. The recession was inevitable by the time the election

anyway, and tax revenues would have dropped, no matter what.
The recession would have gone on longer though. That would

No. The reason for the budget explosion was the loss of revenue
resulting from the recession, the size of this loss of revenue dwarfed
the puny tax cuts. The fact is that the stock market lost two trillion
dollars worth of value during 2000. This necessarily had some
deflationary impact.

orthodoxy.

No, you base this on your own wishful thinking.

I have the track record.

You have the post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy is what you mean.
The economy boomed during the nineties, and it stalled in 2001,
resulting in a loss of revenue. But, you should know that the New
Dealer Keynesian way of dealing with recessions is to increase the
deficit.

All you have is the colossal failures of the
past five years.

Unemployment is pretty freaking low.

Once again, you are proven a liar.

So why did you bring it up (even if it were true, which I have yet to

Let's see - Clinton lied about a ***** and Bush lied about a
nuclear weapon threat so both parties are bad and what - you don't
want to do anything about Bush?

You are useless and you deserve everything you are getting.

Well, let's see: if Gore had been appointed by the SC instead;

the national debt would be nearly paid off by now,

No.

Yes. The reason for the budget explosion was the huge tax cuts for
the rich, the wars, and the reduction in revenues caused by outfits
like Enron flat-out raping the economy.

No. The reason for the budget explosion was the loss of revenue
resulting from the recession, the size of this loss of revenue dwarfed
the puny tax cuts. The fact is that the stock market lost two trillion
dollars worth of value during 2000. This necessarily had some
deflationary impact.

Nice try, but the fact is that outside of NASDAQ, which was about 2%
of the economy, the market regained nearly all of those loses in 2001,
and again after 9/11 by early 2002. And NASDAQ was a bubble,
asserting value that never actually existed.
And inflation was actually a little bit higher in the five years under
Putsch than under eight years of Clinton. So much for "deflationary
impact".

and taxes could be
reduced 15% -- mostly for the poor and middle class -- while
maintaining a balanced budget.

Nope. The recession was inevitable by the time the election
was over. The first round of layoffs I saw were about the time
of Bush's inauguration. So the recession would have happened
anyway, and tax revenues would have dropped, no matter what.

The recession was mild, and would have ended sooner.

Mild for you maybe.

The recession would have gone on longer though. That would
have made you happy, because the proletariat would be more
disgruntled than ever. Maybe you could sell them some Leftism
more easily.

You really live in a strange, far away universe, don't you?

I'm just saying. You guys all advocated for a tax hike during a
recession, did you not? All you gotta do is look at Keynes and
realize that this is a bad idea, according to liberal economic
orthodoxy.

We probably STILL wouldn't have lost anyone in war.

Sanctions would have been lifted, and Total-Fina-Elf would
be raking in the profits. And a new breeder reactor would
be under construction in Iraq. And, hell, we'd be subsidizing
the production of a breeder reactor in North Korea.

The stuff about "a new breeder reactor" is sheerest moonshine. Fact
is, Saddam's nuclear program simply no longer existed, and he was
fully contained. He wasn't even a threat to the Kurds any more.

As for NK, I note that they HAVE a breeder reactor. What's Putsch
doing about that?

Not fucking likely.

Very fucking likely. The US had to deliberately drop its guard for
that plan to work.

Yeah right. "Deliberately drop its guard." Speaking of distant universes.
That's one from the universe where the Queen of England is an evil
neocon lizardperson, isn't it? 9-11 was an inside job, my *****.

I base this on how things went under eight years of Clinton.

Want to back up that statement with some proof? Even if it was illegal

wonder why Clinton has so much regard for not breaking the law to bring in a

So reducing the military budget more than it ever has been reduced
protects
us from terrorists? THAT'S what Clinton did to protect us. As I said
before,
you have no one better to offer and with logic like that, it's no
wonder.

LOL, apparently you haven't been paying attention. Clinton actually
worked on getting rid of Al Queda. To the point everyone thought he
was obsessed with it.

If that is so, why didn't he get rid of Bid Laden when he had the chance
to
get him handed over with a bow on his head.

Because, you stupid moron, that would have been illegal.

Want to back up that statement with some proof? Even if it was illegal
though, it would have been for the greater good. Lying under oath is illegal
too, but he did that. I wonder how many other illegal activities he was
responsible for. Whitewater is one. Illegal campaign contributions are
another. There are probably more, but that's all I can think of right now. I
wonder why Clinton has so much regard for not breaking the law to bring in a
terrorist, but has so little regard for the laws in his own country.

This is exactly the problem with people like you. You think the ends
justifies the means. That's a sign of major stupidity and exactly how
terrorist think.
Did you know you were thinking terrorist thoughts? That's why your
way is failing so horribly.

I guess cutting military budgets
helps get rid of terrorists.

I guess that you're a coward who doesn't feel safe unless you're
living in a military dictatorship.

No, I just like having a strong defence...something liberals like you don't
have a history of believing in.

You like having a useless defence. We have obliterated our own army
on a move that put this country in far more danger.
Being strong does nothing if you are stupid. Again you shut your eyes
tightly to ignore the overwhelming signs that you fucked up and *****
up farther. You have reduced this country from being a super power to
being completely impotent. What are we going to do about Iran -
nothing, there is nothing we can do but look stupid which is the
opinion of the middle east on Bush and America now.

Reading most of your postings I can see you are not worth discussing an
issue with. You are FAR too biased and to the left and you have shown
major hypocrisy on your part.
But I do have one question for you.
You appear to be saying that there are no circumstances in which
choosing to break a law would be the right thing to do?
There are times in which sometimes for the better good (utilitarianism)
that we make choices that violate a law or rule.
Do you disagree or agree?
Remember, you said that it's a sign of major stupidity and exactly how
terrorist think if someone feels that there are times when it's
necessary to break a law or rule for the better good. Choosing lesser
evil over greater evil.
