Most rank Reagan over Clinton |
Majority has an unfavorable view of Clinton and favor Reagan over Clinton.
As if we didn't already know...:o)

WASHINGTON - Most Americans say that Ronald Reagan (news - web sites), who
died this month, will be remembered as a better president than Bill Clinton
(news - web sites), who is trying to improve his image with a new
autobiography, according to an Associated Press poll
Seven in 10 say history will judge Reagan superior, based on the survey
conducted one week after the Republican icon's state funeral and nonstop
media coverage focused not only on the ceremonies marking his death at age
93 but a lifetime of achievements from Hollywood to the White House.

That's quite true Reagan will indeed be remembered as the better
President. Clinton will also be thought of as having been a good &
charismatic President but probably more for all the Scandals that
surrounded the end of his term in office.

You are right. We were talking last night about Clinton and all the
people who knew him or were associated with him that either were
killed, are missing, or went to jail. The list is astounding.
One thing about Bill Clinton, you didn't want to get on his bad side
if you wanted to live and tell about it.

I guess it's not enough that you and Bobby have to spread lies about
those posting here - now you have to spread lies about Clinton as
well, just to try to drag him down to your 'glorious leader' Bush's
level.

Abortions were down under Clinton, up under Bush. The prolifers shoot

Wrong. Once the smoke clears, Reagan will slip and Clinton will rise
near the top. You are always a great President when you die. People
even said that about Nixon.

Well I think Reagan will be remembered as a good President long after
this 'mourning phase' has passed.
Clinton probably more though because of his overall charm &
personality.

If you overlook the trillions of dollars of overspending, the promotion
of terrorism, the pervasive corruption of his administration, and the
disregard for ordinary people.
