I vehemently disagree that abortion is "murder" of a human person.
"Could be" does not equal "is".
I have a deal for you. You and your anti choicers don't have to have your
tax dollars go to support the approximately $240 to $400.00 average cost
per abortion for a poor woman if the pro choicers don't have to have their
tax dollar go to support the approximately $5,000 to $6,000.00 average
cost of pre-natal, natal, and 30 day post-natal expenses of poor women
who
are delayed and harassed into childbirth when if left to freely choose would
have choosen abortion. This proposal does not take into consideration the
cost of medical and support expenses in the $500,000 1 Million plus range
for severely handicapped children whom the mother desired to abort prior
to birth.
Unfortunately, this proposal is unconstitutional. Under our representative
form
of government, taxpayer's do not have the right to direct how their tax
dollars
will be spent. However, by a about a 3 to 1 margin, state courts have held
their state Constitution requires equal funding of abortion if child-birth
expenses
are paid by the state.

Because I can read their Annual Report, which is posted online. Last
year (2002-2003 Annual Report), they performed approximately 227,000
abortions. That is less than 1/5th the total number performed.
They also include breakdowns of why patients are their, and the
overwhelming majority are their for things like contraceptives, and
other family planning issues.
Basically, I deny it because it is not true, and I know it is not true
because I went to the source for the information.

Oh, the easiest and fastest way - dump them in State Custody if no one from
the family comes forward to take them. Where the hell are all the fathers?
They don't seem to care either. There are constant stories on the TV news
about abused Foster Care children. In Fla some have actually DISAPPEARED
and no one knows where they are or what happened to them - because no one
CARES! Sexual abuse in foster homes is common. At the age of 18 out they
go without a person in the world who cares about them..... where are the
anti-choicers to help them then?
