Oh My Gosh!!!!! This is Terrible!!!! |
What excuse are the blood-thirsty pro-aborts going to come up with now
to justify their blatant population control techniques??? According to
the following article from the Washington Post, it's looking pretty
good for extracting stem cells from amniotic fluid that are at least as
good as those taken from dead fetuses. Good God! Does this mean that
unfortunates like Michael J. Fox have been duped into thinking that
only way to harvest stem cells was to destroy embryos? I think so.
Please read the following taken from the Washington Post and keep in
mind that Harvard U., that great bastion of secular progressiveness, is
one of the leaders in this exciting new research area:
"A type of cell that floats freely in the amniotic fluid of pregnant
women has been found to have many of the same traits as embryonic stem
cells, including an ability to grow into brain, muscle, and other
tissues that could be used to treat a variety of diseases, scientists
reported yesterday.
The cells, shed by the developing fetus and easily retrieved during
routine prenatal testing, are easier to maintain in laboratory dishes
than embryonic stem cells - the highly versatile cells that come from
destroyed human embryos and are at the center of a heated congressional
debate that will resume this week."
The most important thing to keep in mind, folks, as you read this, is
that the culture of death types have lied that fetal stem cells have
the greater potential for curing the ailments of people like Fox. The
truth is they have no idea which type of stem cell will prove to be
most efficacious going forward. And I challenge you pro-aborts out
there to come up with a single - that's ONE - documented instance of a
cure or even improvement resulting from the use of fetal stem cells.
You can't because even though billions of dollars are being spent
throughout the world on fetal stem cell research (the US isn't the only
country capable of doing this research), there STILL isn't a single
documented instance of a cure or even an improvement while there are
countless documented cases of cures using adult stem cells which have
never required the destruction of embryos for extraction.
So now you pro-aborts have a real test facing you. What reason could
you possibly have to continue to support extraction of fetal stem cells
(or their equivalent) from dead embryos if the destruction of embryos
isn't your real motive?
And for those of you who would wonder why others who don't have a
population control agenda favor fetal stem cells, consider this. As
it's been explained to me by someone enormously better informed on the
subject of stem cell research, it's about money. You see adult stem
cells are what they are. There is no known way for the pharmaceutical
companies to "add value" (thus enabling themselves to charge money) to
adult stem cells. Fetal stem cells, on the other hand, because of
their ability to be further manipulated (like the stem cells now found
in amniotic fluid), offer all kinds of potential for patents and other
ways to raise revenue. You know patents. It 's because of patents
that we all have to pay so much money for the new medications until the
patents expire and the generic equivalents can be marketed. The claim
of alleged advantages of using fetal stem cells has been a big lie and
a rip-off from day one. And isn't it sad that this lie has had so many
victims (RIP, Steve Reeve).
The good news is that, if this new discovery pans out and we will be
able to innocuously harvest fetal stem cells (or their equivalent) from
amniotic fluid, we will eliminate the claim that fetal stem cell
research is being stifled by the pro-lifers. Soon researchers in the
US may soon have all the stem cells they can handle (researchers in
other countries already have them - the hard way I might add). And
then, hopefully, we will find out once and for all where we should be
concentrating our limited research dollars. Given the fact that
billions of dollars have already been spent in the US (using existing
stem cell lines) and even more by other countries in virtually
uncontrolled laboratories without a single documented success, I know
where my money is.
And isn't it fitting that this breakthrough should be revealed at
this time when the Democrats are threatening to eliminate President
Bush's restrictions on stem cell research. I see it as a test for
Congress too. Will they try to rush their agenda through or will they
wait until more of the facts are out, especially considering the
gravity of their actions?
BTW, I will repeat this post again in the future so when the pro-aborts
delete what I have said, it will be restored from time to time for the
readers who didn't get to see it the first time (I'm learning).

Anyone who has even thought about abortion has to die.
Unclean thought is murder.

I only wish abortion did control population growth. Sadly, our

You are pathetically cynical. I wonder where we'd be if the Western
Europeans had adopted the same fatalisitc attitude. There's a whole
universe to explore and develop and taking advantage of it is no more
daunting than what our ancesters did centuries ago.
We still have time. But it will not happen until we are willing to
sacrifice.
