Ohio is resisting recount
by John in DC - 11/22/2004 09:38:14 PM
These Ohio Republicans are as dirty as the day is long. A recount is
"insulting," they now say. What are these people, 5 year old children? Ohio
law spells out the conditions for a recount, and Badnarik met the conditions
and paid the money you require. Now they argue that the law doesn't matter
because, gosh, their feelings are hurt? Well guess what - my feelings are
hurt that Bush is still president. Get over it and obey the damn law. These
people are criminals.

Sounds like a waste of money to me but let them recount the votes if it
will makes them happy (Unlikely. Liberals are never happy).

it's facinating that you believe it is more expensive to recount votes than
to have a two-term president who many americans believe was never elected.

And again, absolutely ***** all.

Don't worry, if there's a terror "Red Alert" in Denver, Samuel will be sent
to protect the water fountains so the Muslims will stick to their own and
not drink from "his own people's".

But...how is he going to protect the Coors plant? ;-)

Watch out! Samuel's leaking.

In that case, we're talking EPA Superfund site...

it's pretty rank.

Absolutely *****-all. (I have six more hours of cramming and last

weeks of classes left. I also have to prepare for shooting as my
perfected AIDS speech will be taped and included in my professional

Sheesh. I only remember the 45's, the 8-track tapes and LP's. I had an
old *Emerson* stereo in the early eighties, complete with a tape deck
and a turntable. And I thought that was coolishly modern and hip.
Bleh.

Indeed -- by the early '80s the vinyl LP's days were already numbered, and the
LPs were 33 1/3 by default. Only the singles were 45s. (Of course, my
parents' generation had 78s available too, but by the time I was old enough to
know the difference, few turntables could spin at anything but 33.3 and 45.)
The 8-tracks I never got into.
