Osprey gets caught lying, yet again! |
Unbelievable. Last week, we all saw how Osprey lied about how someone,
"a friend" had told Osprey that there were no David Barnes' in the Air
Force, etc. ... Tons of lies - the usual.
You'd think he'd learn. Nope. His friends over at the BBS for
Corrections Officers are beating th crap out of him for lying to THEM!
He even lies to them, I can't believe it - he just never stops with the
lies. Now he has alienated those in his own profession - the ones he
expected would support him and haven't. Here are some excerpts:
ffff;act=ST;f=3;t=166;st=25>
Opsrey starts with this:
"I have a question. I had a officer approach me yesterday. Apparentely
[sic] he too is involved in discussions on the internet, and he got a
threat from another individual."
Now, let me make a long story short. He is about to claim that some
corrections officer approached him and was threaten, yada, yada, yada.
He is telling the lies he tells here about how we have threatened him
when we were actually concerned about how his reckless behavior was
going to impact his family. But he is LYING. He is claiming the
person is someone else.
Later, from Osprey again when someone questions his story:
"I am helping him because he is a subordinate and I am his supervisor."
(Another lie, of course, but the Corrections people don't know it yet.
There is no "him" and he isn't supervising anyone.)
He continues:
"I have never personally had to deal with this, I am unsure about what
really to think." LOL! More lies... And the poor Corrections
Officers, not realizing that Osprey would actually lie to them, too, go
along with it.
Then Osprey's understandable fear of losing his job comes out:
"He has also stated several times to threaten to have the officer
fired."
Still lying to his fellow officers, he says (referring to Patrick's
comment):
"This morning, another person has threatened the same officer that if
he carries through with anything that people close to him will get
hurt." He is still lying about the significant details and is
pretending it isn't him.
Now things start to get good. Another corrections officer says:
"Osprey65, what kind of threats were they? "
Osprey says:
"The first one he said he could beat the ***** out of him and drive his
body into a desert. The second one he said, even after he told him
that was a threat, to write it down twice because he will beat his
sorry ***** twice."
(He is referring to when he said he was going to drive across the
country in his motor home to meet me at my home, but fails to mention
that.)
The corrections officer gets the feeling Osprey is a bit of a coward:
"Maybe you are in the wrong line of work if that sort of thing bothers
you. I thought you meant he made a actual threat. ...these don't
really seem like threats and you may be exposing yourself to ridicule
for being so concerned. You say they knew he was a correctional
officer. Tell him that makes all of us look like pussies when he
complains about something so silly."
Another Corrections Officer steps in:
"What prompted the threats? Did these two get into some sort of
argument or did he just find out the COs profession and chose to act on
that knowledge out of a general hatred for law enforcement? Why did
all this start? Threats against me personally have no weight...I
usually tell them to bring it on..." (Here is an officer with some
guts.)
The first officer:
"Threats go with the territory. We can be running to our supervisors
and tying up valuable resources that could be used much better because
we aren't cut out of c/o work."
THEN, and here it is GREAT, the officer gets suspicious of Ospreys
lies. He says:
"You said "I personally don't think I am exposing myself to any
ridicule." Is this you or was it someone else like you first claimed?
Who are we really talking about here? "
Later, the same officer says:
"I went out to www.google.com. (For those of you who want to do the
same, Google keeps old Newsgroup stuff and you can search on it.) I
typed in "beat the ***** out" and "sorry *****" in an effort to discover
the context of the message. I found the post you were talking about.
The message is over a month old! How the hell is something a threat
that occurred over a month ago?
I also saw that the message was directed at "Osprey" which I assume is
you, not another C/O. Why did you lie to us, man? It pisses me off
when an inmate lies to me, but another C/O? What the hell is that all
about? This Bulletin Board System is useless if we can't count on the
information being truthful! If I want to be lied to, I will take
advice from the inmates. Hell, there are guys in SEG that don't lie to
me!
Also, you said that when you retired you were "personally going into
California and giving you and David a toast." It looks like you
started the threats. What is the story here? Come clean. What is
going on?
This really pisses me off. "
OSPREY IS BUSTED!
Osprey starts apologizing for the lies:
"I didn't want to make it sound like I was dragging any more of the
personal stuff in here. ... Yes, the threats were made at me. ... I
apologize and didn't mean any harm."
"I am truly sorry for misleading anyone. It wasn't intentional, it was
to get some advice to see if this happened to anyone else."
NOTE THAT EVEN NOW HE LIES "It wasn't intentional..." I guess it was
accidental.
"I thought that if I said that it was David [Barnes] and I, that people
would have gotten upset thinking I was trying to drag mud in here.
You can think what you want, I apologize. It was wrong."
Can things get any worse for poor Osprey? I just want to finish with
what I have always said - remember, he is a Republican, a conservative,
and a pro-lifer...

that knowledge out of a general hatred for law enforcement? Why did
all this start? Threats against me personally have no weight...I
usually tell them to bring it on..." (Here is an officer with some
guts.)
The first officer:
"Threats go with the territory. We can be running to our supervisors
and tying up valuable resources that could be used much better because
we aren't cut out of c/o work."
THEN, and here it is GREAT, the officer gets suspicious of Ospreys
lies. He says:
"You said "I personally don't think I am exposing myself to any
ridicule." Is this you or was it someone else like you first claimed?
Who are we really talking about here? "
Later, the same officer says:
Strongly suspected of being David Barnes or Keegan.

when an inmate lies to me, but another C/O? What the hell is that all
about? This Bulletin Board System is useless if we can't count on the
information being truthful! If I want to be lied to, I will take
advice from the inmates. Hell, there are guys in SEG that don't lie to
me!
Also, you said that when you retired you were "personally going into
California and giving you and David a toast." It looks like you
started the threats. What is the story here? Come clean. What is
going on?
This really pisses me off. "
OSPREY IS BUSTED!
And notice, not one officer turned on me after I stated that it was I that

They understood.
Osprey starts apologizing for the lies:
"I didn't want to make it sound like I was dragging any more of the

Which was true.
"I am truly sorry for misleading anyone. It wasn't intentional, it was

Why isn't David showing what the responses where?
Reason below
...and he is the world's most inept liar, to boot.
All I can say is, Jesus Edison Christ knee-deep in a copper bathtub with
his

sawing!
Now, lets continue with what else happened.
The officer who apparently busted me as David likes to put it.
Is strongly suspected of being none other than David Barnes himself.
The other officers responded in support of me, not against me.
Amazing David left that out.
Yes, I did say another officer, yes it was me who received the threats from
David and Patrick.
Yes I did admit to that on the board.
No the other officers did NOT turn on me.
Also notice the officer who supposably busted me, never returned.
Also notice David Barnes claim of saying Correctional Officers have a
honorable job, was NEVER accepted by the other officers.
Reasons being, his comments AGAINST correctional officers proved his claim
was phoney
So the officer that suspected that I "lied" as David likes to put it, is not
being accepted by the other officers.
In fact, HE got blasted by another officer.
So David doesn't like to tell the whole story, for obvious reasons.
Conclusion to the threats.
Yes, I did turn them in.
Yes, they did take them seriously
I don't know what will come out of it, but Patrick, David, you can rest
assure the proper people know what you have said.
So what is the end result?
a) Patrick and David will not make comments like they have any longer. Not
if they are wise.
b) David will not bash Correctional Officers any longer.
Think what you want, say what you want, but the end result was what my
objective was to begin with.
Thank you

Yes, I did. You can contact Delaware Corrections and ask to speak with
I.A.,
They will help define "threat" for you.
It was defined to me, as a innuendo Threat
You can take this lightly if you wish, laugh about it if you wish. I don't
care what you think.
Yes, I did turn it in.
They did NOT do what you predicted, they did NOT laugh about it.
They took it serious, as they would ANY type threat against ANY officer.
Go ahead, contact them and introduce yourself.
Yes I did admit to that on the board.
No the other officers did NOT turn on me.
Also notice the officer who supposably busted me, never returned.
Notice that no one was rushing to your defense, KuKuKaChoo.
Notice that when the offer was made for you to talk to the person behind
that alias,
you didn't want to take it up.
You can call us Friday at 1 a.m. E.S.T.
I would be careful what you say though over a phone.
He will introduce himself, I will introduce myself.
If you wish to ask my Sgt. some questions by all means go ahead.
David seems to have all the information where I work, he has the number.
Go ahead. Then you can come back on the board, apologize and admit you were
wrong.
Also notice David Barnes claim of saying Correctional Officers have a
honorable job, was NEVER accepted by the other officers.
Reasons being, his comments AGAINST correctional officers proved his
claim
was phoney
Is reality so bad for you that you have to spend 24/7 in your fantasy?
What fantasy? You couldn't even defend David for the comments. Even after I
gave you SEVERAL ways of trying too.
I provided Message ID's, gave you the opportunity to provide the ENTIRE
post.
You wouldn't do it. You just sang your song and dance.
The comments support my claims.
So the officer that suspected that I "lied" as David likes to put it, is
not
being accepted by the other officers.
In fact, HE got blasted by another officer.
So David doesn't like to tell the whole story, for obvious reasons.
Conclusion to the threats.
Yes, I did turn them in.
Yes, they did take them seriously
...so seriously that nothing has, or likely will, come of it.
Don't bet on it.
Usually with first reports, you get flagged. Meaning that if you do it
again, it could launch an investigation against you.
Right now, it is filed as a complaint and a report.
The people who I report this too, asked me how far I wish to go with this.
I told them, that I doubt you or David would make comments like that again.
And yes, I expressed that we are definetely not fishing buddies and most
likely never will be. Meaning we have been bickering for a long time. I
expressed that most likely you, like David just made some stupid comments
with out thinking and I doubt you would repeat stupidity like that again.
In other words, I agreed with them that it is best to keep the report on
file at an official location. So if it does happen again, it starts a trail
of paper work.
I don't know what will come out of it, but Patrick, David, you can rest
assure the proper people know what you have said.
What do you do when some of us notify those same "proper people" of *your*
actions?
If you have a complaint, file it. Like I told you the other day, you and
David keep harping on posting from work locations.
I told you, if you want to try it go for it. But don't cry when you are
handed a "use of policy" package that states I did not violate
any regulations.
So what is the end result?
a) Patrick and David will not make comments like they have any longer.
Not
if they are wise.
*****, Heishman. You're not going to intimidate anyone into silence
concerning you.
I did not say I want to silence you or David.
If you don't like others' opinions of your fraudulent act,
Opinions are one thing, I realize you act childlike and have a very immature
tollerance level. You act out in anger and hatred often.
Threats are entirely different though. You threatened harm to people close
to me. innuendo threat.
grow some balls and have one of your colleagues try and teach you how to
operate your newsreader so you're not *forced* to read everything we post.
b) David will not bash Correctional Officers any longer.
Since he wasn't doing it to begin with, you're wasting your time as usual.
Since he has, and I have every comment on file. As I said though, I doubt
David does it again.
Think what you want, say what you want, but the end result was what my
objective was to begin with.
All you wanted to do was shut us up, and you failed miserably. Don't
whine

Wrong, that was not my objective.

Yes, I did. You can contact Delaware Corrections and ask to speak with
I.A.,
They will help define "threat" for you.
It was defined to me, as a innuendo Threat
I'm not wasting my money on a long-distance call. If your colleagues are so
allegedly concerned, they can contact me.
You can take this lightly if you wish, laugh about it if you wish. I don't
care what you think.
Tell me something I don't know.
Yes, I did turn it in.
They did NOT do what you predicted, they did NOT laugh about it.
They took it serious, as they would ANY type threat against ANY officer.
Go ahead, contact them and introduce yourself.
Why? I'm not in their jurisidction, and they've got more important matters to
deal with. (Have you claimed yet that you were threatened by me, despite the
annoying little fact that I've been in your county-sized state *twice* -- in
one afternoon 30 months ago?)
Sorry, but I'm not going to waste my time and money making midnight calls to
some place in Delaware. If an 31337 H4X0r like you can spoof CLID and make my
parents' phone appear on my box, you might be able to con me into answering.
I would be careful what you say though over a phone.
He will introduce himself, I will introduce myself.
Why worry? I'll have better things to do on a Friday night. Sorry, but my
wife's got priority.
If you wish to ask my Sgt. some questions by all means go ahead.
David seems to have all the information where I work, he has the number.
Go ahead. Then you can come back on the board, apologize and admit you were
wrong.
Since I'm not going to bother taking your rotten bait, you'll have to cajole
someone else.
Also notice David Barnes claim of saying Correctional Officers have a
honorable job, was NEVER accepted by the other officers.
Reasons being, his comments AGAINST correctional officers proved his claim
Too bad people who are literate have a tendency to see it a different way.
So the officer that suspected that I "lied" as David likes to put it, is
not being accepted by the other officers. In fact, HE got blasted by
another officer.
Meaning that if you do it
again, it could launch an investigation against you.
....or, if you make up another fairy tale, you'll wind up wasting your
employers' time and money on a wild-goose chase.
Right now, it is filed as a complaint and a report.
The people who I report this too, asked me how far I wish to go with this.
I told them, that I doubt you or David would make comments like that again.
You're not doing a very credible job at making us quiet, are you?
And yes, I expressed that we are definetely not fishing buddies and most
likely never will be. Meaning we have been bickering for a long time. I
expressed that most likely you, like David just made some stupid comments
with out thinking and I doubt you would repeat stupidity like that again.
In other words, I agreed with them that it is best to keep the report on
file at an official location. So if it does happen again, it starts a trail
of paper work.
Yeah, they're going to devote all those resources to someone eleven states
away who expresses opinions you would rather not hear. The reality is, there
are sand flies on your state's own beaches that are more of a threat to you
than I ever will be.
We'll see, won't we?
So what is the end result?
a) Patrick and David will not make comments like they have any longer. Not
if they are wise.
*****, Heishman. You're not going to intimidate anyone into silence
concerning you.
I did not say I want to silence you or David.
You don't say it, but your actions make it quite clear.

Opinions are one thing, I realize you act childlike and have a very immature
tollerance level. You act out in anger and hatred often.
Really? If you really believe that, I'd have to ask why you're 1600 miles

THEN, and here it is GREAT, the officer gets suspicious of Ospreys
lies. He says:
"You said "I personally don't think I am exposing myself to any
ridicule." Is this you or was it someone else like you first
claimed?
Who are we really talking about here? "
Later, the same officer says:
Strongly suspected of being David Barnes or Keegan.
Riiiight, Bobby. You just can't stop trying to lie your way out, can
you?
Care to prove it is a lie?
You're the one saying it's the truth. Try proving that, and astonish the
daylights out of a lot of people.
The moderator is going to email me the ISP and I will be able to
recognize
it.
David Barnes www.cox.com
Keegan www.rr.com
Jesus Christ on Quaaludes, son -- are you that stupid? I can see the
ISPs
right there, but you can't figure them out? (You did manage to get
them
just the least bit wrong, but that's an improvement, in this case.)
Why are you lying now?
You've an alleged 4.0 in a computer class, but you have no idea of what an
ISP
is? Go figure. You didn't point out an ISP, dolt. You pointed out a web
site. Not every address in the datasphere begins with "www", whether you
understand it or not.
Same way I was able to bust David on his lie about the email he said I
sent
him. Thanks to the staff at MSN.
You're not telling the whole story, are you?
I am telling the whole truth yes.
Given your history, that amounts to an admission you're lying yet again.
The email was set up. The staff at MSN has the information.
And they can easily confirm that it was not me.
Question:
Who was claiming it was you? (You need to try and figure out what you're
claiming before you start pounding the keyboard.)
Are you trying to say that David Barnes did not put a post on here, with a
email that he claimed I sent him?
Did it originate in
Texas?
California?
or
Arizona?
Why don't you tell me?
Because, unlike your fantasy of me, I'm not a hacker. I don't break into
systems I don't have access to. I never have. Disprove *that*, Sherlock.
"I went out to www.google.com. (For those of you who want to do the
same, Google keeps old Newsgroup stuff and you can search on it.) I
typed in "beat the ***** out" and "sorry *****" in an effort to
discover
the context of the message. I found the post you were talking
about.
The message is over a month old! How the hell is something a
threat
that occurred over a month ago?
I also saw that the message was directed at "Osprey" which I assume
is
you, not another C/O. Why did you lie to us, man? It pisses me off
when an inmate lies to me, but another C/O? What the hell is that
all
about? This Bulletin Board System is useless if we can't count on
the
information being truthful! If I want to be lied to, I will take
advice from the inmates. Hell, there are guys in SEG that don't lie
to
me!
Also, you said that when you retired you were "personally going
into
California and giving you and David a toast." It looks like you
started the threats. What is the story here? Come clean. What is
going on?
This really pisses me off. "
OSPREY IS BUSTED!
And notice, not one officer turned on me after I stated that it was I
that
received the threats.
They understood.
Notice that none of them rushed to your defense, either. Funny how you
overlook that little detail.
Notice none of them rushed to a-block's defense. In fact one of them
blasted
a-block. Funny how you over looked that.
Funny how you think it means you're unquestionably right, which isn't the
prevailing consensus in *this* newsgroup.
Osprey starts apologizing for the lies:
"I didn't want to make it sound like I was dragging any more of the
personal stuff in here. ... Yes, the threats were made at me. ...
I
apologize and didn't mean any harm."
Which was true.
Now *that's* funny -- a compulsive liar claiming he's telling the
truth.
Well since I am not a compulsive liar...But you want to think that.
No, I just go by what I've seen of you in this newsgroup...and you don't
know
what I think, most assuredly. You act like you don't know what *you*
think,
most of the time, in this newsgroup.
Of course I know why you want to think that.
You don't know anywhere near what you think you know, son.
It starts with hatred.
Indeed -- if you'd quit hating people for expressing opinions you don't
agree
with, we'd not have this problem, would we?
"I am truly sorry for misleading anyone. It wasn't intentional, it
was
to get some advice to see if this happened to anyone else."
NOTE THAT EVEN NOW HE LIES "It wasn't intentional..." I guess it
was
accidental.
"I thought that if I said that it was David [Barnes] and I, that
people
would have gotten upset thinking I was trying to drag mud in here.
You can think what you want, I apologize. It was wrong."
Can things get any worse for poor Osprey? I just want to finish
with
what I have always said - remember, he is a Republican, a
conservative,
and a pro-lifer...
Why isn't David showing what the responses where?
Reason below
Your fantasy below, you mean.
Nope, because like you, David only wants to show people what he wants
people
to see.
Which isn't always the whole story.
Is that why you were so assiduously pushing that URL for a Federal circuit
court decision in 'Bama? I guess it was just a coincidence the defendant
in
said decision just happened to have my first and last (but *not* the
middle)
names, right? *snicker*
I never said you and that person were the same.
...and he is the world's most inept liar, to boot.
All I can say is, Jesus Edison Christ knee-deep in a copper bathtub
with
his finger in the light socket -- leave it to Heishman to climb 200
feet
up a sequoia, go way out on a limb, and then turn to face the trunk
and
start sawing!
Now, lets continue with what else happened.
So what was your point for including my statement and then ignoring it?
It
looks like nothing more than you continuing your ongoing temper tantrum
at
having machine-gunned your own feet again.
The officer who apparently busted me as David likes to put it.
Is strongly suspected of being none other than David Barnes himself.
What you "strongly suspect" has very little, if anything, to do with
reality. That's been your Usenet record.
The other officers responded in support of me, not against me.
Amazing David left that out.
Even more amazing that you use a very creative (and apparently
extremely
personal) definition of "support".
The opposite of what you and David were hoping for.
You have no idea of what either one of us are hoping for -- and no, I'm
not
privy to David's thoughts, your delusions to the contrary aside.
Yes, I did say another officer, yes it was me who received the threats
from
David and Patrick.
