When asked about child support payments recently, Osprey stated he has never
been "ordered" to pay child support. When I called him on that, he ran away.
(Admittedly, not unusual for Osprey.)
Still, Osprey said he has never been "ordered" to pay child support. Wonder
why he made such a distinction. :-)

Osprey ³claims² to be law enforcement (he is a guard.) I mentioned the
Sussex County Sheriffıs Office, and Osprey the ³law enforcement officer²

The the Sussex County Sheriffıs Office has been around since 1635 and Sussex
County is right next to where Osprey lives (in a trailer.)
