Osprey's Taxes Increase Under Bush |
Osprey likes to tell us all how, under the Bush Administration, he got
his $300 tax refund and how it is now stimulating the economy and how
local government isn't hurting because of this.
What he doesn't tell you is that in 1983, he graduated from Caesar
Rodney High School, in Delaware, and that his school is now under
financial siege due to his beloved AWOLee George W. Bush. This story
came out today:

Bush wants to stop paying to educate the children of military members
who don't live on the base. This is the same guy that Osprey stated
"supports military people." So who is going to pay the additional
funds needed to pay for the military children, Osprey?

I wasn't sure how to react when reading this. Shake my head in
wondering what level David would stoop too next or just laugh? I have
to wonder just what is David's angle with this and his next little
trick. Finally I just came to the conclusion that he is desperate. So
desperate he had to go to reunion.com too look me up. And he calls me
obsessed!!!
Well I did laugh... a lot!!!
Well lets examine this article shall we?
First notice David only includes part of the article. This is
deceiving to say the least.
Lets look at a few more sections.
....The district, home to the children of personnel at Dover Air Force
Base, already stands to lose more than $500,000 under Gov. Ruth Ann
Minner's proposed state cutbacks for fiscal 2004. "We're fast
approaching $600,000 less next fiscal year than we have this year,"
said Victor P. Valeski, business and finance director of Caesar Rodney
School District. ...
Gov. Ruth Ann Minner (democrat)
For 3 years saying we have money problems.
Mysteriously before election her cabinet finds almost 1/4 of a billion
dollars.
Actually they continue to find more money as elections draw near. I
have many articles on that on my website
Anyway
Notice, she wants to cut 1/2 a million!!!!
Bush proposed only 70,000
Do the math. Liberal democrat wants to cut 430,000 more than
conservative republican.
Ok, moving on
....But Amy Call, a spokeswoman for the president's Office of
Management and Budget, said that if students are "living off base in
private property, then the district is receiving property taxes to pay
for their education." ...
They are getting money through property taxes to pay for their
education, notice David left that out.
....In an interview, Forkenbush said the first Bush administration and
the Clinton administration had proposed similar cutbacks, but that
bipartisan congressional opposition had always prevailed. "We feel we
can muster enough congressional support to wipe this proposal out,"
Forkenbush said. ...
My, my, my, David left that out too. Guess what, Clinton had proposed
simliar cutbacks
the rest can be read at the link.
OH, and David can question Joe Biden and Tom Carper, both democrats
from Delaware as to what they have done to help get federal money to
Delaware schools.
I just wanted to point out KEY parts of the article David wants to cut
out.
Clinton wanted similiar cutbacks
Gov. Minner proposed much higher cuts (430,000 more)
their education gets paid for through property taxes.
Now, key thing here to remember. When ever a liberal post anything,
you have to read between the lines. They try to deceive, as David did
in this post.
Clearly it isn't what David is trying to say at all. And many things
David left out.
Now I am sure David will cry about something else in this.
Fact of the matter is, the students here in Delaware get a excellent
education at Caesar Rodney H.S..
http://www.projectappleseed.org/delawaresil.html
The link above shows C.R. gets superior ratings
I thank David for this wonderful opportunity.
C.R. is a wonderful H.S. and I have many fond memories.
This has just got to be tearing David apart, no matter how hard he
tries he just keeps coming up empty...:o)
Take care David Barnes, get some rest.
