Police arrest 2 after attacks on anti-abortion group's members |
Those who call themselves 'pro-choice' should feel shame for the obscene
behaviour and violence perpetrated against those who wish only to raise a
voice for the unborn.

Two people were arrested in downtown Ypsilanti Thursday after they scuffled
with abortion protesters in separate incidents, including one in which an
Ann Arbor man wrestled a woman protester's sign away, causing her to fall to
the ground, police said.
In the other incident, a Milan woman allegedly spit on and into the mouth of
a protester, igniting a scuffle, police said.
The protest by the "Missionaries to the Preborn'' from Milwaukee, Wis.,
lasted several hours and involved about 50 people. It forced Ypsilanti
Police to put its entire shift of officers downtown.
It was the latest in a series of confrontations involving passersby reacting
to abortion protesters carrying large, vivid photos of aborted fetuses in
downtown Ypsilanti. The protests are aimed at a local doctor who performs
abortions.

Are you really that stupid? First of all, the antiabort protesters put
themselves in harm's way, from the legal standpoint. They are not
invited, and deliberately act in a provocative manner. By attempting
to block access and intimidate women, they are in violation of the law.
Those people who have a right to access a clinic, and are barred by
protesters, do indeed have the right to use whatever force is needed.
The antiabort assholes attack clinics, and those that they kill and
maim at those clinics have a legal right to be there, and want to be
there. They didn't pick a fight with the bombers and murderers, once
again, the antiaborts basically bring on the fight, then whine if
anyone does unto them. If they don't want to get hurt, stay home. If
you pick a fight and then get hurt, you have it coming. So that's the
issue, the antiaborts like to dish it out but won't take it. Which
proves their essential unrighteousness.
So you can't compare the sides, since the antiaborts are violating
rights of patients and workers, and committing far more serious crimes
than knocking the sign away from a protester (who wasn't invited and is
looking for a fight, in the legal sense).
Face it, all the idiots are on the side of the clinic bombers, not the
clinic workers or guards.

The antiabort assholes attack clinics, and those that they kill and
maim at those clinics have a legal right to be there, and want to be
there. They didn't pick a fight with the bombers and murderers, once
again, the antiaborts basically bring on the fight, then whine if
anyone does unto them. If they don't want to get hurt, stay home. If
you pick a fight and then get hurt, you have it coming. So that's the
issue, the antiaborts like to dish it out but won't take it. Which
proves their essential unrighteousness.

So you can't compare the sides, since the antiaborts are violating
rights of patients and workers, and committing far more serious crimes

Sure, they can, but there are also laws about blocking access, there
are laws about "fighting speech" and if you are stupid enough to get in
the way of someone you know is totally against your side, I say again,
YOU ARE STUPID. Would you go to a JDL meeting dressed as a
Palestinian? Would you go to a mosque during Ramadan and hand out the
new testament?
Fact is, in the case here, the protesters were getting in people's way,
there had been several complaints to the police by people living in the
neighborhood as well.
There was NOTHING in the report of protesters
blocking access to the "clinic".
Of course they were, otherwise no one would have touched them.

1 - READ THE INITIAL POST!!! They weren't blocking access. They
weren't using "fighting speech". The police told the whiners that the
prolifers were within the boundary of law. They were attacked and the
ones who attacked them were the ones breaking the law, which is why the
pro-abortionists were taken to jail. Not the prolifers.
2 - Muslims wouldn't mind the new testament, since they say Christ as
one of the prophets.
