You are, of course, assuming that it is in fact an
ID&E ban. AIUI, it's a Partial Birth Abortion ban --
and is so vaguely worded that it's far from clear to me
that they couldn't misuse the law later to ban various
other procedures.

Good point, Ghost! The purported intention is to ban ID&Es,
but you are right that in reality, it appears to be a case of the
Anti-Choice camel nosing under the tent of abortion rights.
Hopefully, that subterfuge will just make it easier for the
Supreme Court to SCRAP!

We created the American Dream Down Payment

Papa Jack remarks:
You're exactly correct, Craig and Ghost. We will drag
this out -- and continue to find other ways to get the
horror that is abortion in front of the American public
in ways they simply can't ignore.
I do appreciate your cooperation in this matter. The
entire Culture of Death has helped by defending the
Partial-Birth Abortion issue in courts and in the
media. Thus, continuously the American public was
forced to focus their attention on this barbaric
procedure. Whenever that happened, the polls tell
us the people overwhelmingly favored the ban on
such cruel procedures.
Now, I only hope you continue to cooperate by helping
us to show that OTHER ABORTION PROCEDURES are also
very gruesome and abominable.
Happy holidays.

Big hairy deel. Another boring radio spiel from our

Amazing. Now I'm totally confused; I thought PJ was a
pro-lifer who wanted to ban most abortions (except those
necessitated by rape and incest). :-)
PJ, I ask you: did you really want SCOTUS to scrap this law (in
hopes of getting a better one), or are you merely asserting
the correctness of my statement regarding PBA vs. ID&E?
Please clarify. :-)
