Is he any kind of "County Agent," such as a member of law enforcement, as
his alias implies?
Or is that one of those word games that losers play to make people believe
1.) they are more important than they really are, without breaking the
letter of the law; ...or 2.) make an "implied assertion" that they are a
member of law enforcement to add some semblance of integrity and make people
reluctant to argue with them?
Either way, it isn't working.
Plus....if he *IS* a member of law enforcement, I would venture to say that
he is playing fast and loose with the rules regarding harassment and/or
coercion. In fact, a brief scan of Texas Penal Code shows he is skirting

Is he any kind of "County Agent," such as a member of law enforcement, as

Or is that one of those word games that losers play to make people believe
1.) they are more important than they really are, without breaking the

member of law enforcement to add some semblance of integrity and make people
reluctant to argue with them?
Either way, it isn't working.

I've been doing that for two weeks -- counting down the days until the

office in Memphis, Tennessee, to interrogate petitioner, who was living in
Memphis, and to ask him to provide NCIS with a sample of his blood. Id. at 24a.
After learning that petitioner was receiving medical treatment at the
Veteran's Administration (VA) Hospital in Memphis, McNutt contacted the VA and
was allowed to review petitioner's medical records. Pet. App. 24a. During that
review, McNutt learned that petitioner was being treated for diabetes and a
