An Alabama publishing company is making it possible for Christians in
America to send weatherproof Bibles to troops overseas.
Bardin & Marsee Publishing publishes The Outdoor Bible, a waterproof,
tear-resistant, and durable copy of God's Holy Word. The publishing company
has kicked off a project called "Light of the World 2007," which allows
people to send copies of Bibles to troops overseas. The Bibles can be
purchased on a special website; and through a partnership with the North
American Mission Board and Campus Crusade for Christ, they are then
delivered to troops.

Yes, we know how much you support our military, "Jon":
"US Military = Human Filth
"Break through this "support our troops" mind-control rubbish. Treat
the public to the truth. To support murderers in their acts of
murder is unthinkable.
People join the US military for either wholly selfish or downright
diabolical reasons. I've never yet met a patriot among present-day
military people. They love Israel first, last, and always. They'd
rape and murder their own Grandma if was good for their careers, or if
it served Israel."

This has to be the lamest posting you've ever sent.
Who fucking care?
BTW, what these soldiers need is to be brought home.

Man, you have one pathetic life: surfing on this pseudo news sites,
copy and pasting... Is that all you'll ever do, especially on a Friday
night when the rest of the planet is having fun?

And given actual benefits instead of having them cut and slashed by Bush
who "supports the troops" by cutting funding for their health care and
such...

Let me get this straight: You believe that a cosmic Jewish
zombie who was his own father will let you live forever
if you pretend to eat his flesh, drink his blood, and
telepathically tell him that you accept him as your master,
so he can remove an evil force from your soul that he put
there a long time ago as punishment for all humanity because
a rib-woman made from a dust-man was convinced by a talking
snake to eat fruit from a magical tree.

Bibles have to be weatherproofed? Isn't that like having lightning
insurance on a church?

The weatherproofing is *scented* - to make them more effective as urinal
cakes.

One fine day in alt.atheism, "J Young" <jyoungvisions@aol.com> bloodied us
up with this:
Thankfully, some of our soldiers' needs are being met.
Does that mean the bibles are spit-proof too?
