question about morning after pill.. |
After trying to find an answer to my question for the last 2 hours
with no luck, I thought I would ask here. I am just curious if anyone
knows that what the chance of pregnancy is if you have sex AFTER
taking the morning after pill. Does the morning after pill heavily
decrease fertility for a period of time once someone has taken pill?
Just to clarify my question because the term 'morning after pill' can
prove to be confusing in my question...
EXAMPLE:
A woman has sex on June 1st. she take the morning after pill
on June 3rd.
She has sex again on June 6th. Since she took the pill on the
3rd and had
sex 3 days later (on the 6th), does the morning after pill
interfere with
her chance of pregnancy?
Thanks for any answers, much appreciated!

The morning after pill would play no role in reducing the likelihood of
the woman getting pregnant after the June 1st sexual encounter or the
June 6th. I am no expert though. All you really need to do is ask your
pharmacist or your obstetrician for an authoritative answer.

It would. However, I doubt I'd rely on it entirely if I was you..
Thanks for any answers, much appreciated!
