Questioning the decision to block partial birth abortion |
Over the recent months, we have heard all sorts of arguments concerning the
ban of partial birth abortions.
Now we can play with terms all we want, but the bottom line is that these
are late term abortions, the fetus is developed, and many people feel they
are wrong.
Now previously the argument was because the language didn't include an
exception for a woman to receive these types of abortions when her life is
in danger.
It appears that is changing now.
Now, they are saying that the ban infringes on a woman's right to choose.
So we are right back were we were several months ago, when the argument was
about women "choosing" to abort at these late stages.
There are some in here, who claim to be pro-choice that do agree that a
woman shouldn't choose to abort at these later stages. If she wants to
abort, let her have that choice early on before the fetus really develops.
Although I oppose the choice of abortion, I can accept that exception though
in regards to late term abortion. Only if the woman's life is truly in
danger and there is absolutely no way of saving both her and the unborn
child.
Then there are some who say a woman should be able to choose to abort at any
time.
So what they are saying is that if a woman decides in her 8th month she
doesn't want to be a mother that she should be able to decide to abort.
Her life isn't in danger, she just wants to abort, and there are some who
feel this is o.k..
Six months, seven months, even eight months, the fetus is in advanced stages
of development. In most cases the fetus is viable at this point.
So earlier when they were pretending that it was just about a woman's life,
and that was their justification for keeping the late term abortions legal,
they were lying. It wasn't about that at all, they just want to make sure a
woman can abort and they don't care WHAT stage of development the fetus is
in.

Actually, those of us who are against involuntary servitude have been
saying that all along. Seems the Constitution agrees with us.

Easy
Lets use the following examples that women use for reasons to abort
a) They are not financially ready
b) They don't want to be a mother
c) They have not accomplished all they want yet, and they want to wait. It
is too late, she is pregnant so she aborts to get her second chance.
Now, lets say the man
a) Is not financially ready
b) doesn't want to be a father
c) has not accomplised all he wants yet.
She gets a second chance. All she has to do is just abort...done with.
He has no choice in the matter. If she decides to keep the child and take
him to court for financial support he is required by law to pay up or go to
jail.
Pay or go to jail
She gets a way out
He is forced

IDE abortions are NOT late term. They cannot be done late term. They
are done no later than the beginning of the 3rd trimester.
That is late term idiot
Wrong, you stupid *****. It's midterm. 60% of the way through a
pregnancy is not "late" by any honest definition of the word.
It is late term idiot,
Stop lying, *****.
The fetus is developed.
That's another lie, *****. Any fetus born that early would die

You support a woman to choose that at any time.
You are an ***** whose only defense is to show everybody what an
