You need to ask Kerry and other politicians like Gore that question if

are refering to gay marriage.
Since they too have publicly spoken out against it.
That is if you hold all politicians to the same standards.

True, and I do plan to ask Kerry about his stance on gay marriage. In
other areas, Kerry stands high above Bush with regard to giving private
individuals the credit to run their own private lives.
