Thanks! And the most humorous aspect of this is that after that
has occurred {the extinction of the Anti-Choice agenda}, NO one
will even MISS it. Anymore than more than only a very few isolated
people in the South missed segregation, after IT bit the dust.
Right on all counts. What annoys me though, is the persistant
resurgence of these things. Like the KKK trying to rebuild itself under
different names, or racism rearing its ugly head like it did with the
James Bryd dragging case. Then we have the ones now who are
clearly harping on sex education in the schools, and are even again
attempting to remove effective birth control from the market, claiming
them to be abortifacients. It just seems to go on and on.
Jesus said that the poor will always be with us.
So too, apparently and unfortunately, will be the LOONS.
And its LOON not to use a condom. Having sex is a CHOICE.
(I don't think the average pregnancy is due to rape). I guess
everyone is pro-Choice, and could avoid having an unplanned
pregnancy, if they used their brain more to think with, than their
genitals.
Thank you.
<<chuckle>> I don't know whether you are Anti-Choice or
Pro-Choice with regard to accessing the remedy of safe & legal
abortion. But that's irrelevant in THIS case. Because you just
stated the position of we who are PRO-Choice. And probably
ALSO of most of the ANTI-Choicers.
ANALOGY: Can you imagine that a person who would be
pro-choice with respect to aspirin (i.e., supports ready availability
and access to aspirin for anyone who chooses to take it) would
suggest that a person *wolf down* lots of ice cream on a hot
summer day? Obviously, it would be FAR better for the peroson
to eat the ice cream sparingly, and thus AVOID suffering from the
otherwise almost inevitable ice cream headache... and thus never
needing to seek the REMEDY for the headache.
And it's the SAME with abortion... which *also* is only a REMEDY.
No. Abortion is clearly not taking an aspirin or chosing which flavor of
ice cream to eat.
Just as a tonsillectomy is different from an aspirin, or from having
a broken arm set, so is abortion different from those. But ALL of those,
including abortion, are REMEDIES for the respective unwanted medical
conditions that they correct.
Meanwhile, CHOOSING a flavor of ice cram s just that: a CHOICE.
JUST as it is a CHOICE to choose between gestating-to-term or
abortion.
But then you're known for your tendency to exaggerate, (A LOT)
like I said.
Your demonstration of ignorance is of no concern to me. But I welcome
it, since it shows the fence-sitters the EXTENT to which Anti-Choicers
have NOTHING of substance to present, and nothing to offer but bigotry
and misery.
It's FAR better to AVOID an unwanted pregnancy in the first place
by learning and practicing Safe Sex/contraception WELL, and as a
result have NO NEED to access the remedy of abortion.
Abortion kills human beings not old enough to be born, that's all.
No it doesn't, since ALL human *beings* HAVE been born.
It merely prevents the further development of POTENTIAL people. JUST
as male masturbation is the willful abortion of a *quadrillion* potential
people, DAILY, worldwide. ALL of which were just as unique, human, and
alive as were the other stages of the reproductive process that you so
stupidly cry crocodile tears over, while steepeed in HYPOCRISY -- since
you IGNORE the aborted gametes.
The whole reason we spend our early life in the womb...
Not ALL of it. I significant portion of that life is spent BEFORE
reaching the womb... in the GAMETE stage of the reproductive
process.
... is because we wouldn't be mature enough to survive independently,
that's all.
THANKS for this *further* proof of the IGNORANCE of Anti-Choicers!
This is something that ALL people should agree on. And all the
PRO-Choicers I have known WOULD probably agree with that.
