I'm guilty of every one of them, as are most people. Sin is merely
a tool used by religion to control the ~flock~. You sin, then get
get absolution. Then sin again, etc. It's a pretty good con actually.

Actuallu, that "absolution" crap IS a con. Going back 'way over
1,000 years. One of the primary tool that the world's LARGEST cult,
the Roman catholic church, has employed to contol the masses that
it has brainwashed.

ONLY ***God*** can provide that sort of forgiveness. An NO
intermediaries are necessary. (The Bible is **very** clear on all of
that, so it's no wonder that the RCC so vigorously resisted the
capability for the people to possess the Bible, a few centuries back,
before that got beyond its ability to control!)

Most *other* Christians know better than to fall for that
"absolution" baloney.
