Not at all. Look at Africa. In North Africa, where jews have
traditionally been present, 'anti-semitism'=AE is endemic. In
sub-Saharan Africa, where there are no jews, 'anti-semitism'=AE is
non-existent. Until you get down to South Africa, where
Johannesburg/Jo'burg is more commonly known as "Jewburg".
