Duty of all to support Palestine

With reference to SAB's letter entitled Parties should accept
Israel's existence, I would like to give my response. SAB seems to
forget that the state of Israel is an illegal state.

The state of Israel is a state imposed upon the Palestinians by the UN
through UN General Assembly Resolution 181 in 1947. The UNGA Resolution
181, however, was never ratified by the Security Council. Moreover, the
resolution is only binding if all parties to it agree to be bound by
its terms, which in this case, did not happen.

Therefore, the state of Israel is an illegal state and therefore, every
Palestinian has every right to claim the land that was illegally given
to Israel. Over the past six decades, the world has witnessed innocent
Palestinian blood being spilt, and the people driven out from their
ancestral homes. Faced with such daily reality, it is not only logical
but an obligation for the Palestinians to resist. Hamas is one such
expression of resistance.

In the context of morality, Israel is the aggressor and therefore, has
to be rid of from Palestinian land. The people of Palestine are doing
nothing wrong but fighting for their right to exist. The rest of the
world is just watching and allowing Israel to exterminate the
Palestinians. When the victims decide to fight back, they are
immediately labeled as 'terrorists' and 'murderers'.

As for the killing of civilians, the Israelis of all people, should not
complain as the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are well-known for their
'civilian killing' sprees. In Operation Rainbow, IDF snipers picked
out children and adolescents as their targets. Hamas' response to
IDF's indiscriminate killing is the manifestation of the teaching in
Torah which says 'An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth'.

As for SAB's reservation against Iran and Syria, allow me to remind
SAB that Iran has more than 100,000 Jews. The Jews have a
representative on the Iranian Legislative Council. Iran is more
accommodative of Jews than Europeans of Muslims. For example, there are
more than six millions Muslims in France yet they have no
representative in the France's legislative body.

It is also very mind-boggling as to why Palestinians are being punished
for crimes committed by the Nazis. The majority of the Jews in Israel
now are the Khazari Jews. The Khazari Jews originated from Khazaria, an
area between Georgia and Russia. Never have their ancestors ever lived
in Palestine.

I say that after the return of Palestinian land to their rightful
owners, should the Jews choose to stay, then they should stay under the
banner of a Palestinian state. This is the most moral thing to do. Then
again, nobody cares about morality anymore.

In short, freeing Palestine from the Israeli aggressors is the duty of
every moral human being in the world. If we can support the first Gulf
war, why can't we support the effort to liberate Palestine?

The above is a poor arguement as Israel was accepted as a member of the UN.
If the state of Israel was illegal then hardly would ave been admitted.

The mere fact that she was admitted verifies the fact that she is legal.
*IF* she were "illegal" like these lying anti-semites claim the UN would
never have recognized her. Being recognized is the difference between
legal statehood and illegal statehood.

That so-called "recognition" was in the form of a non-binding General
Assembly resolution, halfbreed.

Rev, can you define 'illegal state'?
Can you explain how a non-existing state (Palestine)
can be considered legal?
