Iraq can be addressed while with Israel it is more of a "hands off"

If you are talking about this particular time, true the US/GB didn't sit
while Iraq continued to disobey the cease fire agreement, they acted.
Illegally. Against the resolution they had already agreed to (which did
not authorise *any* country to invade Iraq, but authorised weapons
inspections... inspections which were in pregress when the invasion
began) and which had not been superseded.
And Israel is far more in contravention of such resolutions than Iraq
was!
We were not talking about Israel.
We are talking about invading other countries that have breaches UN
resolutions... Israel is one of those countries. We are talking about
Israel, therefore, amongst other countries that are in that situation.
The situation with Irael and UN resolutions is WORSE that the situation
was with Iraq... and had been going on for about three times as long.
Of the two twountries, Iraq was less in breach of the UN resoultions
thatn Israel was and is.
So why was Iraq invaded and occupied by the US/UK, and its leaders
attacked instead instead of the same thing happening to the more
seriously offending country, Israel?
How do you justify one and not the other, and the less serious one but
not the more serious one?
I wonder... does Israel have any oil?

any ng I would be reading, so I re-added those which I may be in

Chain of Command
The state of mind of people in combat, (when they are being shot at)
The importance of carrying out orders
And so on
I have no reason to change my opinion because you have not proven that
you have any idea of what being in the military, or in combat is like.
