Now, all that's needed is to impress *that* lesson upon him. ;-)

We all get to see on any given day, just how much respect you've
earned "Patrick"; just read any NG to which you contribute. Half of
all posts seem to be dedicated to you or some member of your family,
always negative. You never see these kind of posts for Ray Fischer,
Craig Chilton, Bethe, "Reptile944", David Barnes, or any of the other
liberal left. What separates them from you? Are you smarter? What is
it? I'll tell you; You're a lowlife and that's transparent for all to
see.

Maybe you should get an actual life outside of following me around Usenet, in
that case. (Quit whining because almost no one will agree with you. You're
getting the respect you've earned.)

Follow you? Many, if not most, of the subjects that I submit threads
will find me as the original poster (including this one). Respect? I
treat your lack of as an affirmation that what I submit is right.

Oh dear..........I am not a member of the left, middle or
right.................just myself. While I try to remain civilized, sometimes
I simply cannot, depends on the day! Fridays I am at my worst, Mondays I tend
to behave somewhat. Raising and riding horses have taught me the value of
patience, compassion and never blaming someone or something for my
mistakes/sins/whatever one wants to call them. In other words, we each take
responsibility for ourselves and only ourselves, we control what we each do,
not what someone else do or chooses to do. What I see often is when there is a
disagreement, someone is bound to take it to: "Well, I am right and you are
wrong." Abortion or any other controversial subject is not about right and
wrong.......it's about what is right for that person vs what is right for
another person. We each make choices as we live out our lives........heck, we
all decide what time we have to get up in the morning in order to get to work
on time or get the kids to school or whatever. No one is 100% right and no
one is 100% wrong. So, as you can see, I am sorta in the middle, I say live
and let live, I'll do what I think is right for me and you do what is right for
you and we'll all get along just fine. After all, we each have that little
agenda............

Whoops, I severely contradicted myself.........I guess I am in the middle as my
last group of sentences belies; note at the top of my diatribe I mentioned
something about not being left, right or in the middle......can't have it both
ways, so for the record, I am in the middle.

Point well taken .I shouldn't assume you're a liberal if all I know
are your abortion views and nothing else. Mea culpa.

We all are guilty of making assumptions based on what folks post here.......we
forget sometimes we all have another life outside of usenet where we are not
totally focused on the abortion topic. I'd be willing to bet many of us would
get along great even though our viewpoints differ immensely on the abortion
issue. Many of my friends are pro life, many of my friends are pro
choice......and we all get along famously even when we bring up the subject. I
understand where they are coming from and they understand where I am coming
from and we find ways to agree on minor points, agree to disagree on the major
points and then go have fun!
