Hezbollah doesn't dare train innocent civilians to use sniper rifles,
because they know perfectly well those civilians are likely to turn the
weapons against members of Hezbollah. And the Hezbollah cowards aren't
about to use weapons where the enemy can easily return the fire. Military
acts are not their forte; cowardly acts against civilians are their
