i was 15 yrs old.
i am ashamed for what ive done! and the worst part about it is....im now
married to the same guy i was with then..have 2 more children..1 dog, a
house and living the american dream. i think about what i did everyday!
its a guilt i cant get rid of!!!
there were about 10 people there getting it done, we all had our own
stories...one lady had a 10 yr old and this was just an inconvenience
for her so to her, it was a form of birth control....
for me...i was scared of my catholic/ italian father killing me, i was
scared of not being able to finish high school i was scared what my
grandmother and extended family would think of me and my child, i was
ashamed to tell my "in-laws" i was scared of having to live on my own,
i didnt know how to make it work for myself, i didnt know what to think!
i was 10 weeks pregnant. i didnt want to give it up...i wanted to keep
it. but the choice didnt seem to be mine. (my sister) and my
boyfriend(now husb) made the choice for me, because i was so scared and
upset, i didnt know what to do., and i didnt want anyone to know..i was
using birth control and it failed!! this wasnt supposed to happen to
me.!
as long as we have the freedom to choose in this country, there will
be abortions. i guess it comes down to who you are. if your raped,
have a severely deformed fetus, 9 yrs old....your life is on the
line...whatever the circumstance is, there IS going to be a choice to
make. i wish i wouldnt have made the choice i did. because my baby
would be 12 years old now. but i also know God forgives me for my
actions and he also knows my reasons beyond what ive explained here.
would saying that im pro-life make me a hipocrite?
No, I don't think you are a hypocrite. Pro-life is about protecting
life.
No, it's all about controlling pregnant women.

No doubt it's prejudice like that that makes you feel more confident in
your position...
If only you were as right about that as what I am when I say that the
PRO-abortion movement has always been dominated those with ulterior
motives: from the eugenicists like Margaret Sanger (founder of Planned
Parenthood), to today's wealthy interests in the abortion business and even
radical ideological lensbians - that populate the big pro-choice
organizations like National Organization for Women (sic).
If only what you said was true.....because what I just said sure is!

Why should I respect anything an anti-choicer(who wishes to compromise
my well-being and life) has to say regarding this issue?
