My daughter is a chef, trust me on this one.

Your daughter is quite right about massacring leafy greens if cut with a
knife, they will become limp and floppy after a while in the salad.
However,
I'm also a "chef" (amateur though I am) and if the leafy greens are cut
with
a very sharp knife on a firm wooden board and served in the salad
IMMEDIATELY, they are perfectly okay. It's only if there is a delay in
serving the salad that they get ruined.

I always thought that fancy "wilted salads" were just someone's clever
idea to get away with ruined lettuce. LIke the progammer's joke, "it's
not a bug, it's a feature!" Of course, bugs brings us right back to
kashrus...

Can you get a hechsher on software?

Susan, having quite a good time....

Susan, your last three posts suggest to me that you've celebrating Eliyahu's
wedding with something a little stronger than a coke ;-)
