like Bush claiming he speaks for 293,000,000 Americans. (Hint: he
doesn't)
Yes, actually he does.
There is a difference between "represents" and "speaks for." Bush
fucks up things he has no right to touch and has little understanding
of. If he does not understand something, "lets get rid of it." The
electoral college should have never picked him.
