For 2 years she tells us we are in the red. Our State Departments are
in turmoil. More than 3 million dollars were paid to State Troopers in
law suits due to her affirmative action plans. The state is getting
ready to lose revenue due to slots opening up in Maryland and P.A.,
because she imposed this smoking ban without actually thinking it
through. People will cross the state lines to do their gambling in
other states. Our Department of Corrections is in such shambles that
we are more than 400 officers short now. As many as 60 officers per
day at some of our major institution are frozen and FORCED to work 16
hour shifts as much as 2 to 3 times per week. For two years our union
has SCREAMED out lout that our Department is in major trouble. Only
for our screams to fall on death ears. We are losing officers every
day now, going to New Jersey and Maryland where the starting pay is as
much as 10k more per year, and they have 25 or 20 year retirement. I
am lucky that I have been in long enough to be earning a higher rate,
but our young rookie officers are being beat to death now due to pure
exhaustion and struggling to make ends meet. Does she care? Like
most liberals..hell no.
She tells us we are in the red and THREE TIMES now in the past 2 years
the State MYSTERIOUSLY finds more than 1/4 of a billion dollars.
That is what I said...FOUND this money. Now, if you were in charge
and you had a treasurer that just misplaces money, loses it, and then
finds it...not once..not twice...but three times....it it time to
replace a few people in office.
Oh yea...great job Ruthie!!!
She was recently boo'ed at our state Blue/Gold football game.
She walks into a Walmart, not one person would talk to her.
She pays 42 people to speak for her, she rarely speaks to the public.
She used state tax money to pay for her trip to the University of
Delaware Football game in N.C., when our state won the national
championship.
She sells out a family business in this state that made license plates
for decades to Canada.
She imposes a smoking ban on privately owned business with out even
offering incentives.
She has alienated State Employees and turned our State Trooper
Department inside out. There are so many law suits now waiting in the
wings that they alone can put us back deep into debt. Already more
than 3 million paid out to troopers who won their cases against this
state.
She is most likely the worst Governor this state has ever had.
That surplus is money that was taken from overtaxation. Like most
liberals, including yourself, she believes it is her money. Liberals
do not believe in tax cuts. They never have, never will. If liberals
had their way they would tax 100% of a persons wages and put everyone
on state programs and control their living standards.
